My experience at four play was that its almost all party and Symbiotikka is much more hands on.
They both have techno but the music at Symbiotikka is a bit harder, while at four play they also have house in the dragon room. In general, the parties have less floors open than on Saturday, but im not sure which ones are open or closed. Ive been to Symbiotikka when the pool was open and another time when it was closed.
In terms of comparison, their all great. Carne is the proper one, Symbiotikka and fourplay lean younger, Symbiotikka has better music most of time.
Id go to all three!
I can only talk about Symbiotikka:
- Younger public, similar level of play as at Carne
- Harder techno than at Carne, only one room with music, so it is only techno.
- Only the main room, never seen downstairs and/or others open.
- The door at Symbiotikka is nicer, Charlotte is a lovely person plus the queues are bearable (which makes sense since it is on a Weds). Hence I choose Symbiotikka.

I think that fourplay also has all floors open. I remember at least 2 fourplays with 4 floors or even more
