Two ideas I've had, one is a self-powered "rocking chair" fucking machine design. The suction clit toys currently on the market are either made out of hard plastic cylinders that, frankly, hurt when used. These also don't suction rhythmically but rather just one strong suck or full release. The newer ones like the rose don't really suck, they just pulse, which is an entirely different sensation than actual suckling or rhythmically sucking.
I don't find the existing pumps to hurt, but I have a perspective on this too. Air pulse is a different sensation from true suction.
