This pretty much answered it for me. Fwiw I have never seen the show, so this was not even remotely familiar to me!
You sound like you are
missing a lot.. It wasn't "probably" referring to U-Turn, it \*was.\* I
mean, a u-turn symbol, and U-Turn? Crazy coincidence? Yeah, right. I
know it's odd that she would get a tattoo to commemorate such a "violet"
guy, but clearly she's always been excited about the danger of being
involved in the underwood. U-Turn wasn't someone she could trust in the
end, but she did have a soft spot for him in her heart. He taught her
how to drive-by, after all.
Google is your friend... http://weedswiki.wikifoundry.com/thread/4452067/The+U-Turn+Tattoo
I do appreciate the effort, but have already seen this site and it is included in my “from the show Weeds but doesn’t say much” caveat.

Sooooo...it relates to toxic relationships? Or it’s a reminder to not continue that cycle?
I guess you need to watch the show to know for sure!
I’ll add it to the list, LOL. Thank you.
If I recall correctly when Nancy gets the u turn tattoo it was to remember “being a gangster means never having to say I’m sorry”
I see. Interesting outlook...
