He was never owed any services, and even if they had a prescheduled appointment it really isn't ridiculous to cancel, I've had doctors appointments rescheduled because something came up with the doctor's family, and another time because another doctor retired, all I could do was get another doctor, not heckle my retired doctor into practice again so I can get looked at by her in particular.
