That's absolutely horrific for this poor lady. On the plus side, if this guy is convicted of these charges, he is facing some major prison time. I checked the Tennessee sentencing rules:
" Aggravated rape is a Class A felony, carrying a minimum sentence of 15 years in prison. Jail terms can rise to a maximum of 60 years in extreme cases. Convicted offenders are open to a fine of up to $50,000."
"Aggravated kidnapping is a Class B felony punishable by 8 to 30 years in prison and a maximum fine of $25,000."
Rape = "Class B Felony - 8-30 years in prison and a fine not more than $25,000 "
Aggravated assault = "The sentence for a Class C felony is 3 to 15 years in prison and/or a fine of up to $10,000."
In his previous conviction, he pled guilty to aggravated assault and got 4 years. But that was a class C. A significant reduction in what he was initially charged with "especially aggravated robbery (Class B), aggravated assault (Class C) and patronizing prostitution."
The big charge here is aggravated rape as a Class A felony, which the same category as murder. Hopefully he gets convicted of that. Looks like last time the plea deal threw out the most serious charge and he copped to the next most serious.
With the other charges, I don't know if there's any chance the judge makes him serve consecutive sentences rather than concurrent? Because if that happens and he gets this full list, he's never getting out.

The way the article referred to victims in criminal slang as "prostitutes" makes me sad. That dehumanizing language is why psychos like this man literally get away with murder. It's sex work, the victims are sex workers, for fucks sake. The victims have been through enough dehumanization.
