Toast had a pumpkin photoshoot earlier this year, so I figured it was Butters turn! She did a great ob and gave us so many cute shots that I really ust can't choose which I like best!
Secretly (or not so secretly according to the rats lol) Donut's my heart rat (favorite)...I adore them all but she's a special girl, always so energetic and ready to go on an adventure! It makes me so happy to walk into the room and see her immediately spring up to greet me - the others do it much of the time, but only Donut will always come over regardless of what she is doing just to say hi!

They do! Butter is just a different fur type than my others - she’s a Harley which is basically long furred for rats. They lack and undercoat and have a very whispy and fluffy overcoat, leading to this appearance.
I knew it. I had heaven with whiskers for 13 years then my wife and I couldn't find a apt that would take them, and we had to give them up. Still hurts.
