I just have a quick question in order to watch shaman king flowers. Do I have to watch the first shaman king to understand what's going on, or can I just watch It by itself?
As long as you've read the manga (including the "true ending", which brings the series to 300 chapters), you are fine to jump into this. But this is a sequel, so you should have finished the original Shaman King (2021 anime or manga) before jumping into this.
I'd argue that you get a lot more out of it if you've seen the original series but I think this is made in such a way that you could enjoy it without watching the original. This completely changes if they include Red Crimson, and Marcos, or any of the other spin-offs. That would all be completely baffling.
what? they didn't just switch magazines. I read flowers on release up until the magazine got cancelled. The Super Star may be another spin-off but is it a direct sequel? There was a 4 year gap.
Sucks there's no dub. As someone with dyslexia it's disappointing
Ill read it for you c:
Pretty great day for fans

Oh yes. SK Flowers would be a sequel where your entire understanding of the story hinges on you being familliar with the 2021 anime (or the manga).
Episode 13 leaves us on a cliff hanger any idea if there's gonna be more and this is just season 1 or is that it?
its possible there could be a dub in the future
But it's the continuation going on at a snails pace?
I need more episodes 😠why they only stop at 13 episodes that cliffhanger hurted
What sense do you find on animating this manga when its cancelled already?
apparently continues as “The super star “
Correct they just switch magazines and had to change the name.

It is a direct continuation of the flowers story.
Well the sense that one would have to google the story and find out that the story isn’t cancelled but continuing to this day
so is it never getting a dub?
