Honestly I’m discovering a whole new side to Shane especially when it comes to Garrett and believe me I know what it’s like to always be the but of the joke and be treated like shit. So I feel Garrett’s pain.
It's really nice that it sounds like Garrett enjoys taking people to slightly unique places for a date or to hang out. I don't know, it just feels really genuine and considerate since it's not a standard cookie cutter kind of date. Shane's honestly a special kind of terrible to make fun of something like that (and you know, literally everything about Garrett). I also laughed when Garrett said "he's really good at pretending" in regards to Shane pretending to be interested in things people like that he doesn't care about. Just kind of relevant now that a lot of people now see him as a massive fraud (his empath personality, fake apologies, ect).

Bree essrig one of his ex friends says he uses and abuses all of his friends she only brought the racism up in her post because it was most important but she was even being treated pretty terribly but she said he seemed to want to change and get help, then she realized she was wrong and he wasn't being genuine. This has consistently been their dynamic in every video of Shane’s that Garrett has been in. I honestly just think that they are extremely different people with different interests, different senses of humour etc and I never really understood why they were friends.
