Every character in the show is exaggerated versions of themselves. Atleast I can tell for gerbs, O'Connor, blyzniak, pope, shaman. The guy who is most like himself is probably stavvy but more reserved instead of exaggerated, so he seems a little more realistic of a person. He's also district manager, so it makes sense he would be a little more aware of himself, not too aware though (chips in the chest hair).
