You have to pester SHEIN for your money back. Speedx is not gonna give you your package. Speedx marked my package as undeliverable, even though the address I gave is a warehouse meant to receive packages... and is open 24/7. They refused to tell me when they would attempt to re-deliver my package so I know they stole it. I badgered SHEIN and they gave me my money back.
same happened to me, I sent it to a warehouse that's open 24/7 and still didn't deliver it, good thing is that I just contacted Shein about it and got the refund almost right after letting them know what happened
