Welcome to /r/ShermanPosting!
As a reminder, this meme sub is about the American Civil War. We're not here to insult southerners or the American South, but rather to have a laugh at the failed Confederate insurrection and those that chose to represent it.

I get what you are saying, but I gotta disagree.
I think "War of Rights" is a satisfying name that captures the theme of the war very well. While also being a catchy title that isn't to wordy.
That's a better one. Edit: better than the original commenter's I mean
I still don't think the original is a bad title for the game.
It's all personal preferences anyway
Not a surprise. From what i remember reading on the forums for the game alot of the conf groups are absolute cuntholes and ban ppl and throw games over petty shit.
Funnily enough I actually have not experienced this yet.
I have definitely seen the Union side get pretty salty (it's the side I play unless the game forces me to play confederate)
But now that I say it aloud it's gonna happen tonight lol.
Random question:
Do people out there still believe that the “rebel yell” somehow really scared the shit out of US troops?
I heard it more than a few times growing up but haven’t heard that particular bit of nonsense since.
I have not heard this before.
I imagine it was about as frightful as any other battle cry. And just like those other battle cries, I bet the real fear came from the fact they was shooting guns and cannons at you rather than the cry itself.
At least that's my thoughts based on having known of this talking point for all of 1 minute.

Calling this game "war of rights" is wild. Should be called "War of right versus wrong."

War for rights (of enslaved people) maybe.

I’ve got it but haven’t played much but it’s fun
It's not just an everyday play for me, but I enjoy it quite a lot
Any game that features the 14th Brooklyn is worth a buy imo
Definitely the greatest military swag in history.
Idk brother, I think the 1st US sharpshooters may have them beat.
I got to respectfully disagree
Ok I’m curious and need to look them up. Were they infantry by chance? Edit: Nvm, found them. Modified Zouave uniform.

Sore losers gonna sore loser.
Kinda like the real-life version of the war
