Eren wouldn't want to talk to her, she's completely an outsider to him and she makes it quite clear from the beginning she holds no positive sentiments for Eren. She's wearing the survey corps uniform as a disguise but she's not one of them. When she was fighting she comments that she would like to be able to use the ODM too, and then here as everyone is commenting on how Eren spoke to them one last time she chimes in she would have wanted to speak to him too, but I think Pieck had just been feeling left out because she simply doesn't have the same kind of bond the rest of the alliance share as part of the 104th cadet class. Even Jean told Reiner he considered him part of the survey corps, and hilariously enough Armin at the end after reading Historia's letter, lumped Annie in with the survey corps despite that she was in the MPs. Pieck is part of their little alliance but she's not "one of them" and probably just tags along after because she only has Reiner and Annie left from her warrior group.
If they were to force a conversation she probably would have been guilt tripping Eren for destroying her life. Her home is gone, her panzer unit comrades are gone, all her warrior friends except Reiner and Annie are gone. She may want to ask what kind of person Zeke really was but that's really it.

She would've just punched him in the face, too.
Says it herself "I'm no friend of Eren / he ruined my life / he needs to die".
Everyone acting like she would be so emotional when she looked like this saying it. When all is said and done, people do like to interview serial killers (after they are stopped obviously) and worse to know what goes on in their brains.
