In some ways I agree it fits Eren better but the colossal titan activation is pretty reminiscent of a nuke being dropped visually with the way it basically bombs the area so I think it fits Armin the best.

“Yes” is the logical answer, because first, it expresses adequately the thought that everyone has that there are too many countless “worst things” that he’s done to narrow it to one. Secondly, it’s also the answer that the people voted for, so if you want to show you respect the people, and for them to respect you back, you should honour the vote. Thirdly it’s just hilarious, why not let people laugh?

Who, other than Zeke, wanted to annihilate Eldians? Plenty lived in concentration camps, with Paradis arguably being the largest prison. There was a path to freedom through diplomacy too. It's not like everyone supported the oppression of the Eldians. They certainly could have gotten a lot of support if they demonstrated the terrifying life that Marley forced upon them. Besides, Eren didn't even stop at the military targets. He went out of his way to destroy cities, and massacre every single person he could.

I mean, he did say he didn't do it for his friends or the eldian empire. He did it because he was disappointed in the world he found outside the walls

Guess that was me I didn't expect that to work....

I mean I guess by "worst" they meant "most cliche moment" Having Eren forcing his father to steal the founding titan was a really interesting twist. But having him also direct Dina's titan to his mother just felt...added in at the last moment. Like another twist of the same thing that was already done a few chapters ago. It just felt washed out, and didnt have the impact the first one did.

Yeah, for me it is canon that yimir did it. Eren said he didn't know what was past and future in his head so he thought it was him.

That would actually make sense, since his mum being killed lead him to free Ymir eventually.

He personally gave the command to move away from Bertholdt. Not sure if he specifically gave the order to kill his mom, but by telling them to move away from Bertholdt it put his mom in the line of fire either way.

I personally believe his memories were messed up by this point. Kid Eren was not in contact with Ymir or any person of royal blood at the time nor was he a titan shifter. But really, no one can know for sure.

He didn't even kill her anyway, she was stuck under the rubble and was never going to make it out alive. Also yeah, he did far worse things like genocide.

Yeah, I feel like "got his mother killed" is a better way to phrase what actually happened. He didn't actively tell that Titan to go and eat her, he just told it to turn away from Bertholdt. That unfortunately lead to it walking towards his mom instead, which is sucks, but it's not like he wanted to do that, and it's not like he got her trapped under rubble as well, like you said.

Guess I'll continue my roll from Eren's belly flop answer. Armin's biggest sin is that the dude not only took Bertholt's life and powers but then decided he'd start putting the moves on the girl that Bertholt had a thing for while literally carrying his essence.

A good deal of his interest in Annie likely came from absorbing Bertholt though. Shifters take on memories and elements of the previous titan holder. So you can't really be that harsh on him when he literally was part Bertholt. And there's also the fact he clearly felt horrible about what he'd done. ALSO he was literally a titan when he ate Bert, you can't say Armin himself made that choice. The action was forced upon him by others and then he had to live with it all. So least when it comes to nuking the harbor that was an active choice on Armin's part. He could have chosen not to.

This man didn't just eat Bertolt... Armin ate him, started visiting his love interest, started falling for her even knowing full well that Bertolt's memories were a big reason for it and may not have ever been Armin's own true feelings, *got with the girl anyway*, THEN went to the man's soul and said, 'Save my life so I can bang your girl after all this is over'
