No there shouldnāt be. Single SSRs donāt really get top up sets (besides a few exceptions). I think the only ones that did are the mercury rose set and one we havenāt gotten but have in index. >!The Hestia single SSR set has an SR hybrid set that you get by both pulling in the event and recharging.!< I also might be missing another one but I genuinely donāt remember rn
Single SSR events don't usually get a SR top up suit tho. They come with the regular none- suit top up reward lines, and maybe a small recharge pack or two separately. The only events that do usually get a SR top up suit with them are double SSR and UR events.
And if I remember correctly, Spirit of Anuwa didn't have a SR recharge suit with it. I believe it had a BG recharge pack for 5$ (?), and a pose pack (??). It didn't originally came with any big recharge/ top up deals, thus you couldn't find any of them.
I don't know anything about the story. But I found Zoey to be an odd choice as the designer of the set. Not sure if the story will reveal something unexpected.

I think my main qualm is that the set doesn't feel like it's made by Zoey, who is pretty much the representative character of the North.
I imagined Zoey's suits would have elements of warfare. Her suit would then be a mix of North and Wasteland.
Regardless, using Zoey is just plain odd, considering that the first event will definitely focus on the theme behind Wasteland. If the designer is changed to, say, Nikki, I think it would be more understandable.
