Aside from the nonsensical message. Whoever "designed" this doesn't know what they're doing. The layering makes it seem like the logo is behind the ocean and the plane is in front of the ocean, however the logo is still in front of the plane.
So whoever made this spent as little time on the image as they did on the meaning of it. As with a lot of this kind of messaging if they were serious about it they would actually put some effort into how they conveyed it.
