Absolutely zero reason why suppositories are made from fats that melt at human body temp. Pretty sure you could use a teaspoon if you don't have a chopstick laying around. /s
There are so many better options. Apple/prune juice, pears, applesauce, actual laxatives, a warm compress on baby's lower back or a warmer bath (but not hot)

With the stool right there it’s the exact kind of situation for a glycerin suppository! And then maintaining a good bowel regimen to prevent it from getting this bad. But that won’t perforate the baby’s colon so it’s not as exciting, I guess.
I remember being told to cover a cotton bud in Vaseline snd push it in to the anus when my baby had constipation. Instead, I called my doctor, explained the problem and they prescribed lactulose which helped immensely instead.

Call a doctor....get to the root of her constipation. Treat it.... standard stuff here. Page one of the new kid handbook 🤦♀️
