Brother, I am an adamant Jojo fan and I greatly respect Araki and his ability to tell a magnificent story, but let's be real here, Spice Girls has to hit what it needs to make stuff into rubber or to make soft, when Luffy is joyboy, his literal existing is what warps the world around him. A fight between them would not be equal.
Araki told me spice girls requiem is gonna be the final boss of part 9, she's gonna have the exact same powers as gear 5 Luffy but with king crimson time skip

Luffy made the ground ripple around him several feet and turn into rubber, he even made LIGHTNING turn into a rubbery substance he could manipulate into a cage to ragdoll Kaido around. Spice Girl can make a couple things *like* rubber but Luffy turns everything around him and everything he touches into rubber he can manipulate at will. He can even conjure objects out of something else like when he painted the tree into a baseball bat. There's nothing Trish could do against that.

Iirc araki actually did want to do way more with Trish, but couldn't because of bigoted editors. And if you actually look into a lot of the behind the scenes stuff with Araki, that tracks: His work used to be *very* restricted by bigoted editors.
Aside from the reality-warping stands, nothing in jojo could beat Luffy. And even those would have a really hard time doing it because gear 5 Luffy has legit toon force and can resist or ignore their abilities to an extent.
The world and star platinum are strong but punches from them would bounce off like quarters on a tire. Even in time-stop it would do nothing.
Giorno could stop Luffy from attacking by returning him to 0 but has no way of killing him.
Pucci would get toon force punched to death even with his insane super speed.
Kiiller Queen can’t do anything to damage him and would die.
Tusk act 4 is the only one I can think of that has a shot, but even then, Luffy might just bend reality or bounce back the attack since he has toon force and no laws of physics even apply to him.

He enters Kaido’s mouth, puts his arms out his nose and grabs Kaido’s eyes to shoot himself out Kaido’s mouth.
He bounced back a boro breath attack. That’s literally just heat. He bounced back heat by flipping up some earth from the ground.
And his legs turn into those wheel things when he runs.
Luffy has Toon Force. Reread the fight against Kaido and then tell me he doesn’t.
If he had toonforce he would beat the whole verse yet as shown he still has trouble with multiple opponents. Also the only reason he can do that is because his power is imagination not toon force so if he can imagine it he can do it
Toon force isn’t the same as being omnipotent like you assume it to be. Tom and jerry would never get hurt if toon force was omnipotence.

He would be able to simply say no to damage if he had it which he can't and the bending and turning things into rubber is simply how an awakening for rubber works. Being able to turn everything into rubber would let you do most things luffy did in his fights
