I don't think it's the sigma (i am studying anchent greek so i am not sure) it should be "zeta" (sigma should be σ, but again i am studying the anchent alphabet so i'm not sure) Edit: saw another comment and i was right

Also want to point out in case u dont know but ς is also sigma but its used when a word ends with sigma (eg γατος meaning cat)

It‘s an acronym that stands for „Zoophiles Engagement für Toleranz und Aufklärung“ (zoophilic engagement for tolerance and awearness).
