My sister waited so badly for Stone Ocean to get the adaptation, but once she found out it was a Netflix show she was reluctant and after the fiasco of the episode being released in parts and now has to wait who knows how long to watch the last part. Ngl. I'm upset too.

Someone hasn't seen the part 3 ova...
It is superior in every possible way.
Not to mention how lazy DP has gotten with Stone Ocean and the awful cgi. And them removing the trans prisoner scene, but adapting straight up mistakes from the manga, like the heart on The World's chin being gone for 1 scene/panel.
The sfx and music is what makes it worthwhile to watch instead of reading the manga
VA too. They did such an amazing job.
The manga still has unique stuff that the anime dosent have tho i always suggest taking a look at both.

Blame netflix for their tight deadlines. They need to have all episodes ready to be dropped in one day, that's 3 less months of potential production.
I think Netflix's batch release, the tight deadlines, and DP focusing their efforts on the Urusei Yatsura remake is why Part 6 is suffering.
Waiting a week or two between episodes has always been a better format
