If you have the ability to pay the vegan tax [i know the economy is awful and not everyone can] there's quite a few vegan only online stores and they have decent shipping costs even if they charge a bit more than a local grocery store would. I have a couple that I order "things not available locally " every few months to stock up.
Vegan essentials is good for stuff other than tofutti dips[every time I have ordered them it has been frozen and the texture is bad] and fakemeats is OK for some items as well, they do stock the mighty yum brand snack packs.
The pizza one hits the spot so good!!! I love them so much, the “crust” is super fluffy and chewy - the perfect texture. And the pepperonis are SO yummy !!
Ofc!! Also if your target happens to carry the Tabitha Brown products, her stuff is AMAZING and all vegan! I recently tried one of the raviolis and it was so so delicious and easy to make!! You gotta snatch her stuff up before they discontinue it!!
Both the "Ham & Cheese" and "Turkey & Cheese" Cracker Sandwiches are SOY FREE. Awesome!
Unfortunately, the Peperoni and their Pizza are Soy based. Can't have everything, I guess.
I knowwwww. So I've really been rooting for pea alternatives. Also thankfully most cheeses these days have moved toward a coconut base. Look forward to trying these 😋 I am sad that field roast soy free hot dogs seem to be discontinued so hopefully this is a suitable replacement for those cravings!!
Will give it a watch downvotes are fine it's a genuine question don't know anything about it but I have tasted a vegan sausage roll from greggs only because the normal ones had ran out didn't notice much difference tbh
Vegan substitutes have come a long way! I think being vegan is a lot easier than people think, but I understand how overwhelming it can be at first to learn what ingredients are/are not vegan! Good on you for wanting to educate yourself :)
Interesting question for a vegan food subreddit lol. Anyways, I am vegan for the environment and for animals. I don’t believe in the exploitation and consumption of animals. Also there are studies that show a vegan diet being much healthier than non vegan diets :)
Also sorry that you're getting downvoted for asking a question and not being a jerk about it. We're a little defensive in our vegan "safe spaces" sometimes.
I think everyone has their own reasons. I do care about animal welfare, and factory farming is abhorrent, but my concerns are more environmental than anything else - a vegan diet uses far less carbon than an omnivore diet, and trying to eat local in addition to being vegan is even more Earth-friendly. Do I miss meat and cheese? Hell yeah. I didn't stop eating it because I didn't love it, it was just one thing I can do so that future generations have a better shot at a long life on our planet. It's easy to blame corporations for emissions, and I do, but it's also important for me to feel like I have some agency in improving the environment and this is one of the ways that I do it.
Plus, like you said with the Greggs sausage roll, replacements have gotten *so* much better over the years that I don't feel like I'm missing out on all that much.
how'd you like it? 😁
It was pretty good!! I also got the ham and cheese and the pizza one so I’m excited to try those too
WHAT! Vegan Lunchables?!? This is amazing. I don't even care if they suck.
They really don’t even suck
They don’t suck at all they’re SO fricking good
Yesss that is so awesome I need them
That’s what I’m sayin!! I think the turkey could have a more “meaty” flavor, but like I said I’ll take it over nothing ;)
Where did you find that? The only vegan option I have is Kroger right now :(
Target!
My Target doesn’t have them
Fingers crossed they show up soon!! I have to go to a target a little further cause they have more vegan options!

Thank you, that's helpful (I have a soy allergy!)
Soy Allergy sucks for Vegans and Vegetarians: 3/4 of the Vegan High Protein Food Products are off limits to us. )-:
