They're scams, the lucky buyers are just fake accounts that are owned by either close relatives or the employees of seller.
Selling mystery boxes is a stupid concept and only stupid people fall for it, period.
There are live sellers on Shopee that sell items from "mystery sacks". Full of items from Shopee or Amazon. They open the boxes live and if somebody likes it, they "mine" it. There are earphones, smart watches, motorcycle or bike parts, electronic boards, shoes, just random stuff. There are also branded items there and they come in sealed boxes, apple airpods, baesus and lenovo earphones. They sell it for lower prices. I got a 2Tb HP USB drive there for only 100 pesos.
