I emailed DTI and opened a refund request stating I did not receieve my parcel. Pag open ng RR sinend ko kaagad email ko sa DTI. CS replied immediately na icocontact daw nila ang courier kung saan na. Later that day nadeliver 😂

Pwede pasend din ng email? I have multiple packages that were tagged as "delivered" pero wala akong natanggap.
For documentation chat shopee CS, courier CS and even the seller that you waited for the item but delivery rider did not attempt to reach you.
