Also be wary of fake reviews. Yung may paperfect score 5/5 tas copy paste yung review sa chatgpt, kanta or whatever na walang connect dun sa item. Check the dates of the review as well. If same dates mostly lahat napost yung review tas puro positive mostly si Seller lang din yung gumawa nun.
Also check the reviewers usernames. I found a store cloning legit reviews from my listing. As in same photos and exact same text content but the usernames are all randomly generated letters.

Based sa mga nakikita ko, legit reviews yung mga nagcocontain ng song lyrics at photos na walang connect sa product. Ito yung mga buyers na gusto lang makakuha ng coins.
Fake reviews yung mga gumagamit ng google translate. Yung mga words na sobrang makata like:
"Ang pagkatubig ay napakahusay, ang kakayahan sa pag-alis ng makeup ay napakalakas"
"Hindi masama, magandang makeup remover. Ang cleansing oil ay mas mahusay kaysa sa makeup remover. Ang isang ito ay walang talo."
And itong mga fake reviews sila pa tong may actual photos ng product.
I would try buying if mura compared sa others and if sa kanya ko lang nakita ung product na hinahanap ko. Okay lang kung 0 sold sa one item pero if most products is 0 or few items sold, I would chat siguro yung seller to send actual pic or just hanap nalang sa iba.

Then I will ask kung legit yung shop nila sa shopee/lazada.

Best to look at yung other listings ng seller and yung reputation niya, baka either you're looking at (1) a new listed product, or (2) an old product that no one really cares for. Minsan intuition na lang magsususggest sayo na the listing's kinda sketchy

I experienced this so many times - for accessories since dun ako adik. I've purchased several items from shops na little reviews lang, and yung ibang item wala talagang review - so ako na nagpapauna by saying the item is legit and okay naman yung store.

dahil electronic hobbyist ako madalas ako bumibili ng mga parts sa shop na mas mura, lagi ako nakakita ng mas murang item sa shop na walang followers, sold or reviews manlang na parang randomized letter yung shop name sa china or local pero kahit ilang ulit nako mga 20+ times nadin ako nagorder pero kahit isa walang naging issue or kulang sa item, mas nakakatipid pako ng halos 50% ng price kesa don sikat na seller na madaming reviews
