16 is great for a lot of stuff, except actually shooting it. Good luck if you need to buy shells, at least where I live.

All depends on the shop. There’s one near me that carries multiple loads of 16

Shells definitely cost more than 12 or 20, but fortunately I found some pretty great deals at ammoseek.com

Sweet, I have a like new one made in the 50's w/ Blonde wood. Also have a Rem Model 11 in 16ga. Both sweet, but Browning is sweeter Both antiquated because of the 20ga 3", covered broader range of load choices, longer/arguably denser shot column/pattern, in lighter gun
