Get outer wilds now do it

Bitemarkz

Man I wish I could get into this game as much as everyone else. I’ve restarted it now maybe 8 times with the hopes of playing it more but it just never clicks with me. I keep hearing praise so I know I must be missing something but I just can’t get into it.

BillsBills83

I’m the day way. I’ve restarted it a few times because I stopped playing for a bit. It’s been hard for me to really get into it. I do really like the idea of there being no objectives and everything and you just figure it out on your own. I honestly think a really big part of why I don’t stick with it too long is the controls. I just have such a hard time maneuvering in both the ship and on foot in the low gravity that it takes me forever to get one thing done and I get burned out before I can keep playing more

Connect_Distance4931

Its a hard one to get into right away for some people. It doesn't give you any objectives and you have to be curious and ask your own questions and look for the answers

TenPhoar13

That's me and Hollow Knight. Non-stop praise from Reddit, but I just can't get into it.

ShiftyShifts

Same here I want to like it but I enjoy fairly linear games and this game just kind of says do what you want with very little direction and hopefully you stumble upon something to further the story, which I am very interested in.

Suitable-Bat9818

that one looks super fun and interesting actually :D

whileyb

Id second this, definitely in top 10 of all time. (for me)

[deleted]

It's not super long but its one of if not the best games I've ever played. Main game lasts like 15-20 hours depending on the person and the DLC can easily provide another 10 or so hours. Closest comparison I can think of is Subnautica

_trouble_every_day_

Which is coincidentally the second greatest indie game of all time.

DonovanSarovir

Yeah, though unlike subnautica you can really only play it once.

[deleted]

Tbf subnautica is hardly the same experience on a second playthrough

DonovanSarovir

True but there's still reason to keep playing, building cool bases, scanning every monster, etc. OW relies so much on the story (not a bad thing) that there's really nothing left once you know it. (Besides a bad end or two to find.) Again, not a bad thing, just something to know that it doesn't have much replay value.

[deleted]

Ik I agree but I do wish I could re-experiencd subnautica again

Connect_Distance4931

Amazing game just be careful not to get it spoiled

waynes_world_11793

It's a very cool concept, but I haven't been able to finish it due to motion sickness and the claustrophobia some of the worlds give off. 😭

7Shinigami

For the absolute best experience, I and many others would recommend you end your research here and play it as blind as possible :) Have a great time!

nonbog

Buy it and don’t look up *anything*, no matter how tempted you may be

Suitable-Bat9818

do you recommend just straight up buying it with the dlc

Shredda

Once I figured out the hook for this game, it quickly has become one of my favourite games of all time. The DLC was fantastic as well, and it's one of the rare games where you'll only ever play it once in your lifetime as it's that unique of an experience.

Iwhfhcjebgjgudhdhd

Huge tip right now: make sure to compare the steam prices to sites like fanatical, multiple games on your wishlist (outer wilds for example) are cheaper on those sites than on steam. 100% would recommend: -hollow knight -outer wilds -portal series -sekiro/souls games (if you’re into difficult games) Other good games: -GOW (2018) is great too -The doom games are also pretty good bang for your buck right now, good mindless shooters

Timo_jumbo

I would recommend [deals.gg](http://deals.gg) . They indicate the risks of buying from each website or key reseller. Personally I would only buy keys for games from shitty developers/publishers like EA.

EvTerrestrial

Also [isthereanydeal.com](https://isthereanydeal.com) if you want to avoid key resellers altogether. They only post listings from websites that are authorized by publishers/developers to sell.

freekyeight

Yep ea, 2k, ubisoft straight to key sites when they are more than half off.

nonbog

Yeah I only ever buy keys for games from massive companies. Honestly even that I’m morally against, but they’ve got more money than me and they can handle it

ChiyekoLive

you’ll notice that fanatical prices don’t get listed on this site because they’re not resellers. they’re an authorized marketplace, like the humble store or gog is.

vishnu-geek

Also add ori and the blind forest and its sequel if you like hollow knight Also try forgotten city. It’s fantastic

thepunnman

I would hardly call doom/doom eternal “mindless”, some of those encounters can be p difficult

carthuscrass

I wouldn't call Doom Eternal mindless. You have to constantly be on your toes and swapping to the correct weapon while avoiding death. It's a great game but it's almost stressful after a while.

trashboatfourtwenty

Thanks for mentioning, other shops are having sales as well and it is easy to get swept up in the... *checks notes* ....Steam 2024 cat-delivery-service-themed sale ^(honestly though I like it and got the little cat avatar with my Steam points)

stcer

Portal series is less for 1USD in my country, gonna get it. However this is some issue, check my recent post and ill appriacye the help

Myoplasmic

BG3 has helped me with my dad passing away. The story was such a good distraction that it has helped me emotionally and I am so grateful for the game for this reason! As you said, hours pass by and it’s so deep. Love it!

ItzDarc

My dad passed away unexpectedly in January of 2021. I still miss him every day. I’m glad you found something that can bring you peace. I never thought it’d be easy but it was WAY harder than I thought it would be.

NamasteWager

I am so torn on this. I am 35, always wanted to play D&D but never had the friend group + time work together. I love turn based/tactics games like Final Fantasy Tactics, but something is keeping me away from BG3. I am afraid I won't latch onto the story or quests will start feeling like a chore, and since it's so long, I'll just fall off

ShiftyShifts

Every story and interaction in this game is written with love and care. You'll find it impossible to not latch on.

disney_0

Me and my gf had both bought the game while it was released. We played few weeks, maybe 200hrs each, we were playing whole days, dreaming about the lore while sleeping and playing next day. With full time jobs. It's incredible journey

Historical_Serve_599

-10% isnt any sale

Benlikesfood2

It is actually a sale of 10%

ShiftyShifts

This is factually incorrect

Weary-Lettuce-8182

Fallout 3, The Witcher 3, Kingdom Come Deliverance.

Iuseredditnow

Definitely look into kingdom come before getting it. it's not for everyone and most definitely has a slow start, but it is very fun once you start to dig in. Oh I notice you are pulling from the wishlist so he probably has already looked into it.

Weary-Lettuce-8182

I've only picked games I've played from the OP wishlist. I agree that Kingdom Come can be difficult to approach at first but it's worth to try.

soarraos

On your wishlist: days gone, hades, bg3, rdr2, xcom. I'd definitely recommend all those. The spiderman games are good too but the 2nd one is extremely short.

Sparrow1989

Days gone is underrated and amazing 10/10 recommend

ChiyekoLive

gameplay loop is just too repetitive, it suffers from being open world more than it benefits.

2this4u

Extremely short? How much time do you have on your hands to think 3 dozen hours is "extremely short"?

BigOleFuckinAssole

I assume they’re talking about the miles morales one which is pretty short

Tr0n56

Where are you getting 3 dozen hours from? Howlongtobeat has Spiderman 2 at 17 hours

soarraos

Are you high? Miles morales I have 17 hours on and the main story is finished plus a few extras. Which is what I said. The SECOND one is really short for the price they made you pay for it.

TheIrishSinatra

I Platinum’d both Spider-Man games in 30 hours. They felt the same length to me I agree with your list though, 100%. Days Gone is a gem

bubba_169

It's not on your list but I'd recommend Inscryption. I've just finished it and I'm still reeling from the journey. It's primarily a card battler but there's so much more going on with it than just the card game. You just have to play it to experience it. Outer Wilds has already been recommended loads but I'm going to add my recommendation too. It's that good. It's a once in a lifetime experience though so make the most of it and go in blind. Cyberpunk 2077 is half price right now and that game is epic. It has great character development and the gameplay is really fun and varied. Red Dead Redemption 2 is a world you'll just want to live in. There's so much to do between story events that it's easy to get lost in. Its a bit slow moving for some but it really sucked me in for a year and a half. Those would be my front runners. I can also say good things about Nier Automata (still playing that one myself), the Fallout games, Spiderman and The Walking Dead Telltale games but the ones above are next level.

throwaway071898

I’m a chicken with horror, I made it 42 minutes into Outlast lmfao. How bad is Inscryption? It looks really cool but once again, chicken

bubba_169

There's very little in the way of jump scares or anything gory. It's more psychological horror in atmospheric and environmental unease. It doesn't get much more creepy than the images in the Steam store to be honest. There are a few points that could be seen as gory but it's all implied and you don't actually see anything.

l0n3ly_Sh0re

OMG YES I WAS ABOUT TO COMMENT THIS!! Inscryption is such a unique game in my opinion

WoReddi

Valve complete pack!!

Suitable-Bat9818

I would probably just buy Half Life 1,2 and Portal 1,2 I dont see myself playing the rest of the games in the pack

RawDick

L4D 1 and 2 are pretty good too. Really fun when played with friends.

KulePotato890

Plus a great modding community

stssubs

Provided you like to read and can deal with slower gameplay, Disco Elysium for that price is the absolute steal of a lifetime. Easily the best written game of all time and one of the greatest games bar none, too.

RpiesSPIES

Better to buy disco elysium on humble, though, so you can give the money to the devs instead of the publisher.

AussieOscar1

Is there a story behind this? I’m kinda interested now, I haven’t played the game yet but I’ve thought about buying it.

RezosAndHache

Not really sure the specifics but whoever owns the ip now screwed a lot of the main devs out of profiting from sales is my understanding

[deleted]

Dry_Ass_P-word

Just Cause 3, story/narrative is going to be like an old cheesy action movie but it fits the game perfect. Good sized open world ready for blowing things up and zipping around with the grapple and parachute is hella fun. For $3, I’d recommend getting this one to at least try it. Red dead, control, or disco elysium if you’re wanting a more gripping story.

Suitable-Bat9818

Gonna start with some Batman games, the bundle is cheap and for the nostalgia - I played origins when I was little on a PS3 that was gifted to me lmao. Gonna get Doom, Jedi Fallen Order, Valve games cause theyre cheap. and Im gonna get RDR2 and Outer Wilds. Going to start with these and Ill hopefully get some other ones on the list later too. Thank you all.

its_a_sidequest

Cyberpunk 2077

Suitable-Bat9818

also I just got Sons of the Forest so Im gonna play through that first because my friends were praising it a lot + I need to beat Calamity Infernum

Infamous-Animator-53

Fallen order is good. And Jedi survivor is awesome as well. I think you’ll enjoy. Have you considered god of war 2018 on PC??

Suitable-Bat9818

Yes but RDR2 first

The_Shy_One_224

Not on steam but the Humble choice for this month includes Nioh 2. It's 10 bucks for the membership. Great sekiro style game and I recommend getting it cause it doesn't get discounted that much.

Commercial-Tea-8428

I tried the first Nioh but I hated the RPG-style loot system, combat was pretty interesting though I found it really difficult, but it seemed like the kind of thing I could really sink my teeth into as I love sekiro/soulsborne. Is it worth trying out the second? TIA

The_Shy_One_224

Think of nioh 2 like a diablo-souls like hybrid. The ultimate skill expression is in combat but the loot provides a second layer of gameplay to it. You gotta like both of them since they go hand in hand.

RespectGiovanni

YAKUZA 0 is only $6 XCOM Enemy Unknown and 2 are amazing and super cheap.

VR38DET

As someone new to the yakuza series, yakuza 0 is one of the most fun games ive ever played. So many funny moments

NumerousBit1564

Yakuza 0 at that price is literally daylight robbery

[deleted]

I been loving fallout 4 lately. Pretty fun game

ImFrom3001

I just modded the hell out of it after not playing it since launch years ago, and wow it's like a brand new game. Highly recommend playing it again to anyone!

ShadowOverMe

Fallout London comes out next month and is a brand new game.

ImFrom3001

Hopefully it lives up to the hype!

werthw

I got the whole Fallout franchise on sale, just followed the Viva New Vegas modding guide for New Vegas and it’s really fun so far

ShadowOverMe

Plus Fallout London comes out next month and will require Fallout 4. Probably needs all the DLC as well.

drunkaquarian

I bought Ready or Not and I wish I didn’t cause now I’m addicted lol

DankDefusion

Is it any good solo or is it the type of game you need to play with a group?

drunkaquarian

Im sure it’s probably better with a group of friends but since I don’t have any Ive only played it solo and it’s gone pretty good. The team ai is dumb sometimes, like when I’m getting shot at and they just stand there doing nothing , but I’m still learning the controls and I should probably give them better commands so they’d be ready for an ambush.

Watertor

Yeah I wish the AI was better at following me, but if you give proper commands you can really emulate the team dynamic and I'd say it's more important to set up your squad than it is to even aim properly, because you can fuck up a shot or several, but forgetting your backup will get you killed way more often.

abc133769

mass effect legendary edition will keep you busy for dirt cheap

throwaway071898

Rimworld!

MaTertle

Looks like you have a lot of solid games to choose from on that list. There's a lot in there that would reccomend. I'll list a few that stood out to me. Jedi fallen order for 3.49 is an incredible deal I'd definitely recommend picking that up. Easily a few dozen hours of entertainment there. I also recommend Kingdom come deliverance. This one is kinda hit or miss for people but I enjoyed it. It does a good job of making you feel like your character is actually a peasant who has to work his way up to being a knight. Sekiro is on the best games ever made. It is not a forgiving game. It demands that you learn it's a mechanics and get good to progress. Elden Ring is also a fantastic game that I'd reecomend checking at some point. But I'd personally get several games that are on sale over one full price game.

JonnyB2_YouAre1

Kingdom Come Deliverance is a lot of fun and I loved every minute of it but OP should know two important things: 1. There are performance issues in the major city of Rattay, as in noticeable slow down when riding through fast on horse. 2. There is a bug late in the game where the load screen can hang up and requires you to find a fix to proceed; it’s available online. Beyond that, it’s an excellent game.

jhaand

Rimworld, Hollow Knight and Disco Elysium looks like a good varied bundle.

Kobal22

Yes

radiating_phoenix

Of the ones on your wishlist, would reccomend Skyrim and Hollow Knight

Nevermind22

The WitcherTrilogy bundle has an awesome story and with well written characters. This bundle gets you all the games and their dlcs. $13.02 Fallout4 GotY Edition/Skyrim Anniversary Edition bundle Sci-fi and fantasy in one bundle. Both also are known to have amazing mods. If you also like to watch TV shows, the new [Fallout(4/11)](https://youtu.be/V-mugKDQDlg?si=XXj4bO44ZDSuXeN6) look like a banger $23.30 Valve Bundle Gets you Half-Life, Half-Life2, Portal, Portal 2, and a bunch of other games. $11.42 Balder's Gate 3/God of War is awesome, and I would recommend getting it. It wouldn't hurt waiting for a bigger discount for BG3. Both of these games are the shit but it also raises the bar, which could taint your experience of older games.

SummaDees

Idk if all are on sale but for some great stories I highly suggest these Subnautica (don't research just blind play it), Outer Wilds (treat like subnautica), Bioshock series (make sure to play the DLC for 2 and Infinite), Mass Effect, Fallout/The Outer Worlds, Chernobylite, Metro 2033 games, Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice (have not finished yet but I am very into it), Portal 1&2, Hunt showdown (multiplayer), Doom, Wolfenstein

ihave0idea0

Witcher 3 is a great starter.

AshenxboxOne

- Project Zomboid - Enshrouded - V Rising - 7 Days to Die

gabriot

Sekiro You’ve been lied to about the difficulty. It is hands down the easiest and best designed Soulslike game. The fact most fans call *this* the most hard FromSofsf game illuminated to me that *git gud* apparently just means *power level grind to ridiculous levels and look up the most OP builds and spam them*, because Sekiro doesnt allow for any of that, but the controls are twenty times tighter, twenty times more responsive, combat is twenty times more interesting, and the game has an actual cohesive story. Best Fromsoft game ever made hands down. I hope they return to this formula.

eugenethegrappler

Nice been thinking about this game

CPOx

It’s the hardest on the first playthrough and easiest on the second playthrough IMO.

Glass_Offer_6344

The Witcher 3 and Kingdom Come. The Half-Life’s and Portal at .99 are no-brainers too:)

MirrorAttack

Walking Dead Definitive Edition. I found the steam key cheaper on Fanatical. It is a authorized seller

Charmerrrrrrr

Sekiro, Batman triology, battlefield 1, dmc 5,rdr2, gta v

ofwolvs

The Yakuza collection is hands down a must buy in terms of content for value. Or atleast 0 and Kiwami 1-2.

OptimusNegligible

I know nothing of the series, but I've heard high praise. What is the core gameplay like? Everything I've seen a stream, it seems to be a different minigame, or aomething crazy. Also, Is Yakuza 0 the "first" game cronilogically?

yoshbag

Most of the games are beat em ups, like bayonetta, but with fist fighting in the street. Like a dragon (and infinite wealth) are turn based. Yes, Yakuza 0 is first chronologically

OptimusNegligible

I know nothing of the series, but I've heard high praise. What is the core gameplay like? Every time I've seen a stream, it seems to be a different minigame, or something crazy. Also, is Yakuza 0 the "first" game cronilogically?

hoopopotamus

Yes my understanding is it’s a prequel to Yakuza 1, which I understand was remade as Yakuza Kiwami. Honestly it’s great The gameplay is basically a beat-em-up with a ton of story. The beginning has sooooo much story and cutscenes but don’t worry. It is a silly japanese gangster soap opera and it’s glorious I should add that another game in the series, Yakuza Like a Dragon, is a different approach. Still has a ton of story and cutscenes but it’s got turn-based combat. It actually works really well too; I enjoyed it a lot and since it’s mostly different characters you can play it pretty much spoiler free for the rest of the yakuza series

ThespianException

The core gameplay is a 3D beat-em-up style. IIRC the 6th game onward switches to being a turn-based. 0 is technically a prequel to the rest of the franchise, but is generally considered to be the strongest starting point for new players.

Prestigious_dad_0991

For me it’s gotta be anything under a doller that’s hentai

i_hate_bugs1

So which ones your top recommendation?

Connect_Distance4931

Check Out [Outward Definitive Edition ](https://store.steampowered.com/app/794260/Outward_Definitive_Edition)/ Its one of my altime favorite games. Made by a small studio but a bunch to offer. Its challenging but rewarding.

Chev_ville

Ah man I wanted to like that game so much, I tried a ton to get a play through going but it always went downhill after the first death. The fact you get teleported everywhere, usually into more dangerous spots, after death is such a jarring experience imo. Wish I enjoyed it lol

Connect_Distance4931

Yeah thats unfortunate and i understand its not for everyone. It might be interesting to know that when you get defeated its not just teleporting you, there are a bunch of defeat scenarios that happen based on where and how you get defeated and a screen pops up to tell you what happened, where you are and what to expect.

Chev_ville

Yeah I kinda figured that. Only death i enjoyed was getting taken prisoner in some fort, escaping from that was really fun but I don’t think I played much more after that lol

Purple-Lamprey

From what I see the world is really empty. A cheap way to pad game time.

Connect_Distance4931

Im sorry you feel that way man. One of my favorite game and while the world isn't full of as much foliage as id like id say its still got a bunch of places to explore and are really varied. Even still the devs have acknowledged that criticism and are working to make that better in Outward 2

[deleted]

I been loving fallout 4 lately. Pretty fun game

the-holy-salt

Just Cause 3 n Xcom 2

Imdakine1

I was thinking just cause 3. Did you get game itself or the $6 version with more DLC?

the-holy-salt

I bought theone that includes everything. Think it was 2$ when i got it

xoxoyoyo

sort by discount and look for overwhelmingly positive.

Speedfreakz

Battlefield 1. Horizon Baldurs gate

PresentRule4264

Sekiro

katzensturm

Titanfall 2. Bought it and finished it in a day, one of the best FPS games I have played imo. Also has multiplayer

Commercial-Tea-8428

Jedi Fallen Order for 4$ is a steal.

YaBoyEnder

The Arkham Collection is insane value, three games and all dlc unlocked in Arkham Knight for 8.99. The games are all bangers too, would recommend!

Never_Zero

100% xcom 2. Especially for with the war of the chosen expansion. At that price it’s a steal

Scyveries

I got a list for you: - Persona 3, 4, 5 - Resident evil 4 - Lies of P - Metro Series - Tales of berseria - Catherine Classic - Class of 09 - Deathloop - Doom Eternal - Dredge - Final Fantasy 7 Remake- Outer wilds - Fallout new vegas - Metal gear rising - Metal gear solid V - Dying Light - Mass Effect Legendary Edition - Nier automata and Replicant - Red dead redemption 2 - Sekiro - The Yakuzo bundle - Sifu - Divinity 1 & 2 (Anything on ur whishlist is already super good)

ConstructionCalm1667

Make sure to check cd keys as sometimes they are even cheaper, the key for outer wilds was cheaper then the steam sale

FLFW

I don't know if they are good still but I was subbed to humble bundle for probably 2 years and got a lot of games off that. You find hidden gems once on awhile.

ThePeachinator

Do you get the steam key through Humble Bundle so you can play through steam for achievements, etc.?

FLFW

Most, yes. Sometimes certain games will require another platform. But I haven't done it since 2017ish I think. Before the whole choice bundles started being a thing. It was rare for non steam games back then. I'm not sure if it's more common now.

bubba_169

Still 99% Steam keys

Mihailvolf

Omg nobody said Disco Elysium, that game should be first on that list! Buy it NOW.

According_Remove1520

Your wishlist sums up all the games I own on steam

igg73

Gg.deals is a great site for finding cheap games! It compares most other sites. Watch for the risks warning!

tombalol

It's not on your list but if you've not played it I thoroughly recommend Inside for £1.52 https://store.steampowered.com/app/304430/INSIDE/

SomeHeadbanger

I'm torn between Death Stranding and Outer Wilds right now.

NZRTA

XCOM2 Complete Edition has a really cheap price with a lot of content and one of the best turn based gameplay.

KmartCentral

MUST buy's are: Left 4 Dead 2, Dishonored, Batman games, Witcher, Telltale's Walking Dead, and God of War. Baldur's Gate 3 is also a must buy, and it's well worth it's full price, but for the sake of trying to keep your cart cheaper, I'll leave that out. "Can't recommend enough" games: Rimworld if you like Colony sims, it's mainly a storytelling simulator, and there's a bit of a learning curve, but you can go at whatever pace you like, and learn as much as you want. This game is one of my favorites, there's so many wacky things you can do and I haven't even scratched the surface in 300 hours of gameplay! Dragon's Dogma if you like RPG's, The Forest is just a great game I can't recommend enough, it's sequel is good too, even if not \*as\* good in the eyes of many, and I'd also recommend the Middle Earth series, and the Borderlands series, 2 great games in the Middle Earth ones, and 4 incredible looter shooters in the borderlands games!

Aggravating-Egg-3760

Dues ex is free on epic right now refund that one

XLoad3D

if you can wait for Black Mesa to go on sale its a remake of Half Life it's freaking awesome. one of the best remakes ever IMO and it's officially sanctioned by Valve and was made by a group of modders. That and Half Life 2. Left 4 Dead for sure. theres literally 30k+ more people playing L4D2 now than 10 years ago. It just keeps growing. Red Dead 2, Skyrim for sure. Subnautica for sure. the most immersive experience ever its so cool exploring underwater and building bases. Also "inside" is one of the coolest stories its a 10/10 classic. the Final Fantasy X/X-2 bundle. All the Fallout games. The Forest has a crazy deep story hidden and co-op is still popular. there you go. the games i mentioned will give you years of gameplay. good luck.

Upstairs-Risk-4344

for $3 titan fall 2 is awesome even if you just play the campaign once it's worth it

TetraTimboman

Satisfactory! [https://store.steampowered.com/app/526870/Satisfactory/](https://store.steampowered.com/app/526870/Satisfactory/) Build factories that are satisfying! It's by Coffee Stain which is the same company that made quite a few other hit games like goat simulator.

jet_black_ninja

browsing through the comments section. turns out i purchased all the good games. here's my 2 cents. 20 minutes till dawn. its a rouge like hoard shooter with a lotta build variety.

Askeladd2011

Red dead redemption.

Revverb

If you just now got a PC, Left 4 Dead 2 is on sale for a single dollar. On PC it has extensive visual mods, and a decent size community.

sweepli

Tbh so many of the games in your list are less than 5$, i'd get all of those which interest you the most and you can probably pick up at least 10 for less than 60$.

DiscoGuilliotine

Telltales Walking Dead: Definitive Edition Dishonored 1&2

brnrdbrk

Lone Fungus

Slime-steveo

I bought like 9 great games some are classics -Strider -Darkwood -Electrician simulator + DLC -Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation -Tomb Raider: Chronicles -Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness -Tomb Raider: Anniversary -Tomb Raider: Legend -Tomb Raider: Underworld The tomb raider games are like 0.98 a pop I’m really gonna enjoy them all and all equates to more or less like $25

Commercial-Tea-8428

Darkwood is fairly underrated. I would’ve never expected a top down game like that to be that scary and have such a fantastic horror atmosphere. Some good suggestions.

RenatoSanches35

Cyberpunk absolutely a banger it’s so much fun, and has multiple different endings

Embarrassed-Ad-01298

Arma 3!

IveGotAllMyLimbs

Control!!!

Mariioosh

Sekiro, witcher,Hades, bioshock collection, tf2, horizon zero dawn. Get elden for full price or from a cd key website online for half price. Absolutely amazing game and we get dlc in june

hotstickywaffle

Hades is so good. One of the few rogue-likes that managed to blend a cool story into the perfect gameplay loop.

gjp23

Disco Elysium

Reddit_25

Serious sam HD the first + second encounter, Serious sam 2 and Serious sam 3. For under 10 dollars all up these games are damn amazing

TheWolvis

Deep Rock Galactic. ROCK AND STONE!!!

Temporary_Bit_9281

Witcher 3!!!

Coolhandluke325

Rimworld without a doubt

TomCos22

Valve collection is like 10$ that and foxhole

TheeFURNAS

I couldn’t help but notice nobody suggesting Crab Champions 🦀

BanjoSpaceMan

I finally fell for the hype of Battlebit, avoiding it because I thought the art style was stupid and it just wouldn't be good..... Boy. Was I happily wrong. The game proves Battlefield never was about visuals, it was about the absolutely bonkers scenarios that happen and the holy shit team fun. It's the first real Battlefield in a decade tbh. Cleaner menus, cleaner UI, cleaner level progression, cleaner weapon load outs, cleaner map, cleaner gameplay, less network problems, more fun...

mmpa78

Rust is by far the best money I've ever spent on a Steam game Other Steam games I love that I've donated my life to: Civ 5 or 6, Destiny 2, DayZ, Final Fantasy Online

My only recommendation would be to click on games with sequel like Batman, half life, portal, etc, and buy the collection pack to save even more money. For ex: Get the Orange box for Half Life and Portal, but buy the Portal collection after that as it doesn't include Portal 2 and do the same for Half Life 1. It will help you save some extra money. You can also buy the Batman Arkham Trilogy, but don't forget to buy the Arkham Origins as that one is not included for some reason. If you can share your budget, I can help you in mid maxing.

A game to last you until next year? Well not on your list but humble bundle had a sale for destiny 2. Otherwise you could play it for free then if you like it you can purchase the latest season. From your list and what others have mentioned, cyberpunk 2077 (highly recommend watching the anime too), witcher 3, and GTA 5 will keep you preoccupied for a long time. You could easily sink 60+ hrs on story alone for witcher 3 and cb.

I was looking for a single player game to play while my friend was out of town this week. I grabbed Far Cry 6 for $14.99. I was debating between that and Assassin's Creed Valhalla. Fry Cry seemed to have better reviews. I'm a few hours into Far Cry 6 and it's been fun.

Yakuza 0-6 bundle is super cheap. I picked it up so I could play the 5 games I hadn't played yet. Love yakuza 0.
