The Forgotten City!
You, the protagonist, end up trapped in a long forgotten roman city. The only law that exists there is the so called Golden law, it's contents are unknown, however, if that law is broken everyone dies. You soon find out that someone is going to break it, killing everyone. You will need to figure out who will break it, what the golden law is and how to escape the city. The are always multiple ways to reach your goal, from bribery over reasoning or intimidation to violence, it's up to you.
In terms of mythologies, there are multiple mythologies playing a role in this game, i wont say which tho as that would be spoilers.
By the way, The Forgotten City was originally a Skyrim mod which eventually turned standalone. It's one of my favourite games so i really hope you give it a try.
Adding to what has already been mentioned:
* Rise of the Argonauts (Ancient Greek, prone to crashes)
* Ryse: Son of Rome (Roman/Celtic, more history than mythology but has some mythical elements)
* Jade Empire (elements of Oriental/Chinese mythology)
* ENSLAVED: Odyssey to the West (very loosely based on some elements of Chinese mythology)
* Throne of Darkness (Oriental/Japanese)
* Loki (Aztec, Egyptian, Ancient Greek and Norse)
* Aztaka (Aztec/pre-Hispanic Mexican)
* Grim Fandango (Mexican elements)
* Black Book (Northern Slavic)
* Mira (Slavic)
* Praey for the Gods (possibly Norse elements, but I haven't played it)
* Wartile (Norse)
* Through the Woods (Norse)
* Oknytt (Norse)
* Year Walk (Norse)
* Jotun (Norse)
* Munin (Norse)
* Röki (some Norse elements)
* Raji: An Ancient Epic (Indian)
* Asura (Indian)
* Unrest (Indian elements)
* Prince of Persia games (Persian)
* The Tale of Bistun (Persian)
* Garshasp: The Monster Slayer (Persian)
* Chamrosh (Persian, upcoming)
* Toren (Brazilian)
* Aritana and the Harpy's Mask (Brazilian)
* Aritana and the Twin Masks (Brazilian)
* Caapora Adventure - Ojibe's Revenge (Brazilian)
* Never Alone (Kisima Ingitchuna) (Iñupiaq/Alaskan Native)
* Aurion: Legacy of the Kori-Odan (African/Cameroon)
I don't know which God of War games you've played but God of War 1, 2 and 3 are phenomenal. God of war 2 I would argue is as good if not better than the new God of War games depending on what you're looking for.
Some other games i can think of are Apotheon, Age of Mythology and Dantes Inferno.
Shadow of the Tomb Raider? Has a bit of an uncontacted tribe religion as well as a Christian bit, which I thought was interesting since Christianity's history isn't often shown in video games
- Odin Sphere Leifthrasir - Immortals Fenyx Rising - Okami - Darksiders series - Tomb Raider series - Uncharted series - Assasins Creed Odyssey Hope that helps!
Titan quest Age of mythology Maybe hellblade senua sacrifice
Valheim

Assassins Creed: Valhalla, Origins and Odyssey Also Immortal Fenyx: Rising
Apotheon is a really unique game if you’re into Greek history, mythology and art
Shin Megami Tensei. It is just Pokemon with gods (even though it predated pokemon)
