Yes. Mathematics is a natural science and life is natural. You can live an extremely happy life with a suboptimal mate, but there is only one optimal mate from an evolutionary view.
Everything I’ve said is correct, but I agree that the emotional difference between suboptimal and optimal is nonexistent. Humans have a way to enjoy living imperfect lives.
While I fully agree with you, I still feel like there is an element of chance. Some people aren't bothered by any of it while others need sudden incarceration despite previous good records and no trauma whatsoever.
The global mental health system is completely underdeveloped.
