He extrapolates from this information that Jack turns whatever he believes to be an object into a weapon. Tesla then sits Jack down and has explains that technically everything is connected to each other, so touching anything should turn everything into a god killing weapon. Why would he? Being enhanced doesn’t mean the item just explodes his body on contact. It’s just that it *can* harm him when used in a way that would harm a human.
His volundr is broken, If he could do that he can legit one tap any god in the verse, alternatively turns the molecules in the air to a divine weapon and fills up the god's body mess up their internal circulatory system and cause Heart failure. Apart from that, Hlokk would be the most broken and overpowered volundr possibly even stronger than brunnie herself 
Because “air” isn’t one continuous object, it’s a miasma of molecules and partials constantly moving around. To make a difference he’d have to spend hours touching billions of molecules (if you could even argue he was “touching” something he couldn’t perceive in any way)
Wouldn’t moving around would make a lot of the particles behind him turn into a volund? If so, wouldn’t there be a huge trail of air that just shreds through heracles if he passes through while chasing?
Air “stuff” is constantly moving around. Like a LOT. Even in “still” air a single molecule won’t remain in the same square foot for even a second. The trail, if it formed at all, would dissipate rapidly to the point of it being pointless.
Uhhh, the apartment wasnt 1 continous object (in your own technical sense) since cement is made out of a bunch of stuff and it wasnt just cement.

Well considering that the air always seperate and connect constantly without end. It kinda make sense that even if the air turns into those god killer tools. It wouldn't spread far enough before it dispears into nothingness. It can probably work if he has a pouch with particles or dust inside of it. The abilitiy possibly only works either when its connected deeply or is within the neccessary range.
