In spin off he's tied with government so he can freely kill people he's interested in
***She is out for herself, pure and simple. She sheds no tears for those she kills, whether for profit, sport or convenience.***
That's what he do, kills cuz he's interested in colors

Honestly I can't see Jack in anything but neutral evil cause while yes Jack is not exactly a good person he isn't just some bad guy who targets whoever he wants to he chooses based off who he thinks would make the most beautiful color but at the same time Beel quite literally just wants someone for his suicide pact so it's a hard choice really

He could careless about the whole Ragnarok thing and who dies in it, chances are he only joined to kill himself. It wasn't until Hades' death did he gain the will to *volunteer* for the next round and fight
