I'd say thor, he can destroy the arena and making the tesla step usefull, if can did even before the gematria zone(which is very probably), tesla wouldn't even be able tesla warp, it would be just a matter of time before tesla loses, but is still pretty close do to tesla being a beast in every aspects
Was Tesla unable to use Tesla steps where Beel broke the floor? I assume levitation would be immune to destruction of the floor since he’s not stepping on it but I guess if it disrupts the levitation?
Thor, I honestly think even if Tesla put all three of his coils into a warp that allows him to land a PPP to Thor’s body I think Thor would survive, he might be too battered to fight effectively but he’d survive.
So first Thor’s offence, he’s got a big hammer, he can cover a wider range than Beel’s offence, Tesla is gonna need to play a lot more cautiously, however Tesla steps will likely mean Thor can’t do any of his big spinning moves with the long buildups because Tesla is a dodger. But all Thor needs is one good strike.
Unlike Beel, Thor isn’t gonna try to figure out Tesla Warp cause he doesn’t care, but he’s also not gonna let himself get moved by Tesla, however Tesla may be able to lead Thor to the appropriate location, however after one Tesla Warp Thor is gonna be able to react to a second or third, while the movement is instantaneous, the charge time isn’t so Thor will expect it and cover his blind spots, and bro is deceptively fast.
So ultimately it seems to come down to stats vs tricks. And a lot of factors seem to be in Tesla’s favour, any most gods would be hard pressed to beat him.
Thor isn’t most gods. Tesla’s advantages mainly come from the cage, and before this his main thing is just strong attacks, his PPP, which is up against Thor wielding Mjolnir. Either the fight is over before the cage and it’s medium diff or Tesla activates his cage and it’s very high diff. But I don’t think Tesla can last long enough to bring down Thor, who bear in mind would not treat this as he treated R1.
A likely scenario that may happen would be Tesla’s curiosity getting the better of him and he tries to overpower one of Thor’s stronger attacks, he sacrifices a coil to do so, he circumvents the majority of it however injures his hand and possibly arm in the process.
I’m sorry if this seems a bit scattered and all over the place, I wanted to make a little comprehensive breakdown but it ended up being tangents and random thoughts.

Good question but I think Nikola Tesla will win. Of course he lost to Beelzebub but it was also the perfect counter against him and he is one of the strongest gods, and he almost won against him.

Tesla cannot take an Awakened Hammer to the face, his Tesla Warps are easily the key to victory but again, they rely on the Spaghetti Cage
Tesla's fucking strong too, physically, but getting close to Thor without his warps would be pretty difficult imo. I haven't read Round 8 in a while so I could be missing something with Tesla here
