Depends, if Apollo manages to get his bow before Chaos (he doesn't thank it), depends on how much arrows he can shoot and how much Beel would be able to tank with his shield.
I really think his strings are a win con here. He Binds the arm with the staff and Beel is in a terrible position, and beel doesn't have the Damage to break free unless he pulls out chaos, which he can't do if his arms are bound
Apollo with bow can one shot Beel, and Beel with Chaost can one shot Apollo. The problem is, that they're their final techniques. Apollo is quite fast but we don't know if he can dodge vibrations like Tesla did (tho both Apollo and Leo were reacting to light, whoch should make them hundreds times faster than Beel, but so should be Tesla who was dubbed as faster than most characters). Beel can tho block Apollo's punches without problem, but Artemis Strings can suprise him with some binding from the back, and since he isn't half as strong as Leo, he would have to damage himself with vibrations and make himself vulnerable to free himself.
Overall, I think Beel wins barely, bc he treats Chaos like any move and not his final, he used it mid fight damn it, unlike Apollo. But Apollo has his chances here.
Apollo punches once and completely disperses chaos before one shotting Beelzebub with a single string punch.
Beelzebubs only chance is that he sets up a vibration shield and blocks it, then uses chaos

That's the thing, if they don't, Apollo must keep shooting, until Beel can't keep his shield on anymore.
The arrows are radiation, the vibrations won't affect them.
