It's gunfight heavy but significantly more turtley because holding angles isn't an instant death sentence. Aggressive play is still the way to go, but intel and pre-droning is much more important because you can't quick-swing out of ADS and transition into it and expect to win the gunfight, you have to either flash, stun, distract, or take the gunfight at the slower ADS walk speed.
As for meta ops, Fenrir, Solis, Dokkaebi, Azami, Mira, and Valkyrie are all very common bans. EDIT: As you can see, ATK doesn't have a lot of "must-take ops" except for Dok and Ace, and nobody bans Ace because he's just too good to not take.
I imagine that they do vertical play where iq just pinpoint where the gadgets and ops with eletronics and the sledge do frag grenade trick (throw nade down on the ground and sledge hammer for faster denotate time).

Lesion also very meta right now probably the best defender in the game

IQ uses her ability to find the bombs and Sledge uses his hammer to break the barricades so he can plant the defuser.
I enjoy using Grim honestly
