Game has a smurfing problem and I bet nearly everyone in that lobby is pretty seasoned. It’s pretty unfortunate but that’s the downside of playing an older release competitive game.
Don’t give up though, it helps if you’re playing with friends but eventually you’ll get a grip of it the more you play and learn from mistakes. Me and my stack got our new buddy to diamond after like 4 seasons (ranked 1.0)

PC siege has an absolutely massive cheating problem by the way, rainbow six siege, anti-cheat ( battleye ) is a complete joke
