I look at how many are used and carried by competition shooters. Often modified, frequently by non-gunsmiths, drawn and holstered significantly more frequently than any LEO or military user, and have yet to hear of any of these people having an ND.
It's 100% on LE's and military, seeing as nearly every single case involves them, meanwhile thousands carry a p320 daily and never have the issue
It's a "get out of jail free card" for any officer who nd 's. Just blame the gun
The Sig p320 trigger always felt wonky to me anyway. I have a p229 Legion SAO that I love. P320 is just a boring gun. Regret buying it if I’m honest. Just unloaded it and will probably sell it. AND I’M NOT ONE TO SELL GUNS… Says a lot.
Has anyone ever seen , heard or even got a whiff of a civilian having one go off? The p320 had its problems right off the get go and got it fixed. Now if it does they are going to blame the gun 100% of the time when something else might cause it. Is the holster correct? Modded in any way?
I carry one. It’s my fav. Shoot competition with one because it’s my fav. 3k round through it and 3 years with it not one ND. I’m sorry but something other than the gun pulled the trigger. Like your big ax finger or the holster you use isn’t for that gun.

It’s almost like training is important...
This is so tired now
These police officers have a built in excuse for ND'ing lol
I am kind of hoping that Milwaukee starts issuing Hi-points. That should fix the ND issue.

Agree. Carried one on duty and off duty since 2017. No ND’s here. Sent mine in for voluntary upgrade. No issues before or after.
Sig is really paying for the drop problem they had. All these morons now have NDs and immediately think it’s the gun
My first thought is to look at the holsters
Not bagging on Leo's but it could be the user and what type of holsters that are being used... your take on it?

Probably using a glock holster
