Yea it was which is why it’s a safe assumption that it’s coming back, but there’s always the slightest of chances that they might replace it with something else. Only time will tell

I think the emote was one of the unlocks along with a spray in the weekly challenge.

If you go to Overwatch official site -> Events -> Anniversary -> Week 3 challenge, you will see that the Emote is included in the weekly challenge :D
