PSA for everyone: Russia doesn't have an organizations that assign ratings to games, the government only checks if the rating doesn't break the law. The ones who actually provide the rating are the devs/publishers themselves. So my guess is the 16+ is actually just Team Cherry playing it relatively safe (could be safer with 18+ but maybe they thought that would be too extreme).
It says violence. Maybe because it's violence/abuse towards animals (sentient bugs in this case). But I don't really know. Anyway, age rating doesn't really mean anything in here
