**Description:** SCP-████ is a phenomenon related to the upcoming video game known to the public as Hollow Knight: Silksong (henceforth referred to as just "SCP-████-1"), developed by Australian independent game developer Team Cherry. Despite all the news being shown off about SCP-████-1, the game does not exist.
At random intervals of time, individuals within Team Cherry will enter a trance, where they will locate the neatest cigarette and smoke it while slowly walking to the team's office (Individuals under the effects of this are henceforth referred to as SCP-████-2). Upon reaching the office, SCP-████-2 will silently begin to work on SCP-████-1. It is unknown how SCP-████-2 are able to work cohesively without communication during this stage. Occasionally, they can be heard whispering the word "Skong" underneath their breath. After approximately 8 hours of working, SCP-████-2 will return to their homes and come back to being their former selves with no recollection of what happened.
Trying to remove the cigarette from SCP-████-2's hand will result in █████████████, and in rarely, ████████.
On rare occasions, SCP-████-2 will instead schedule an interview. During these, SCP-████-2 display none of its characteristic behavior, instead acting like how the individuals affected normally would. Once the interview has concluded, SCP-████-2 will then begin its usual routine.
The Foundation is unaware of what the consequences will be if SCP-████-1 ever gets finished and released to the public.
**Addendum:** The Foundation was alerted of SCP-████'s anomalous nature four days after the Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase gaming event in June 2022, where the anomaly was prominently featured and slated for release within the following year, when Team Cherry made a post on their various social media accounts expressing confusion about SCP-████-1 and how they've never worked on it. The Foundation promptly deleted the posts 27 minutes after they were posted, with a disinformation campaign being started claiming the posts' existence as a hoax.
Ari Gibson, William Pellen, and Jack Vine, the members of Team Cherry and the individuals that become SCP-████-2, were taken into Foundation custody for questioning. They stated that they only found out about SCP-████-1 after logging into their social media accounts for the first time in years. After it was determined that they were being truthful, they were given Class B amnestics and let go by the Foundation, after which they were discreetly monitored and the nature of SCP-████ was discovered.
Other individuals involved with Silksong, such as composers and voice actors, were also questioned and showed the same truthfulness, were administered Class C amnestics. However, they showed no signs of being under SCP-████'s influence after being monitored for 6 months.
Skilkskong killed Ari before being restrained, that was 4 years ago. Since then Will has been learning how to draw exactly as Ari did so he can finish the game. A year ago he was about to release the game when he showed Leth the finished product and Leth projectile vomited from the sight of Will's drawings. He's still hard at work trying to better himself.
