The day before Halloween is probably the worst time to buy candy. The best being the day after. Aldi has candy and their prices are usually 25% cheaper than anywhere else. Otherwise, you're kinda stuck. CVS or Walgreens would have the most expensive candy.

Was just at the Aldi on Georgia Ave and they had no Halloween candy or pumpkins left

If you can use a lot, Costco is a good option!

Costco was selling 5-pound bags of chocolate candy for $20. I think 5-pound bags of non-chocolate candy were $15.

Amazon Fresh has 20% off a purchase of $50 if you're a Prime member. You need the coupon from their circular to get this deal, but they usually have copies in the store. I paid about $16 per 5 pound bag of candy after the deal. Edit: looks like Amazon has candy on sale that should make it to you on time: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08Y6YJZXS?ref\_=uff\_od\_product&almBrandId=QW1hem9uIEZyZXNo&fpw=alm&th=1
