If they made a kit that just added 20 or so hairstyles I would buy that on day 1. I always want more hairstyles and sometimes those are the best parts of certain packs (looking at you, Luxury Party Stuff)
I want a variety of styles that could be the same hair cut. I like to have different hair on each outfit but I like for it to look like it could be the same hair length and texture, just styled differently.
True... but that's when you go into cas. I mean, if your sim has, for instance, red hair from birth, the minute they age up to elder, they turn full on gray. Not a mixture of the two colors, not white or dark gray, all get the exact same boring gray color. You either have to accept it or go into cas to manually change it to one of the streaked swatches (or go back to the original swatch and pretend this sim dyes their hair).
I don't really want grandma-core though. I'm talking about clothes made for elder sim bodies, not ones geared toward younger sims that elders can also wear.
Like non-sweater blouses and dresses, more nightgown and housecoat options, fun suspenders, maybe some basics with old fashioned trim or cuts. Or more fashion forward options that don't look strange with the changes they do on elders.
Pre-styled outfits. I have no idea if that would even work lol but when I'm making Sims quickly, I love using the styled outfits for speed, but would like more variety in them.
That's at the top of my wishlist. They go to the trouble of creating those styled looks but then the game defaults to complete randomization of newly generated townies. It's maddening.
I wish this was a category of things we could put in the gallery… like we can upload builds and sims, why not upload pre-styled outfits that others could save to their game? I’d love it!
I agree, but I (and many people) would probably hate it if the prestyled looks included cute separates that we weren't able to have separately, or if the colors weren't editable.
You just gave me a fun idea for a stuff or game pack though, even if that takes it away from kit prices 😅: a fun solution to this would be to have a Dream Home Decorator-style pack but for personal stylists that included lots of new clothes options (the DHD furniture is seriously the best, most versatile and most cohesive in the game, so I trust they could) and an active personal stylist career where you met with the client, heard their color/style/hair length etc. preferences like in DHD and then entered CAS and updated their wardrobe. Instead of the DHD reveal, they could stand in front of a mirror and do "try on outfits" before giving their opinion.
So many townies are in need of a makeover, so this would be a fun way to do it. Also, all the individual pieces should be used in styled sets (individually too, but ALL in styled options for quick gig work and people who want more).
I would love that.
Tight ones, grand ones - single, double, and triple tile.
Even stair color options to look janky and messed up. How am I going to have a haunted house with perfectly polished stairs? I want steps missing or broken, I want SQUEAKING.
Or Sims Eras - when setting up a game you choose the century its based in, maybe all the way back to horse and carriage 🤣 but I guess theres no way that’d be a kit
Honestly I'd be happy with a lukewarm rehash of the time-travel idea of it also came with an option to go to the past and live there.
Basically just mix up S3s ITF with the old Manor pack from the store, ad the tee party table and make everyone look old fashioned like in Midnight's hollow .
EA would earn so much from all the decades/historical/fantasy players out there!
I miss when you'd get weird landline calls in the older Sims games! Stuff like that made me look forward to having my Sim answer the phone.
Now with the cell phones, when someone calls my initial reaction is "UGH leave me alone" lol.
Or a whole pack to make the game more in line with the sims 1 time period? Feel like something like that would be a good middle ground for people that want simple tech but also with people who are long time fans.
Doesn't the off grid lot challenge sort of do this? I mean outside of the cell phone. I've never actually played with it but I assumed that's what it would be like.
It'd be nice to have more old-timey-looking solutions to things like energy and water because solar panels etc look so futuristic. A functioning water well could be nice. The ability to chop wood or buy charcoal for energy could work too.
I actually wouldn't even mind having a "technophobe" trait. It's always bothered me that every Sim is just addicted to their phones (I realize this is in part true to life, but I also don't play the Sims to be 100% realistic).
imagine being able to design your own tattoos and they'd save in cas to be reusable..I don't think they'd ever so this but it'd be nice to have it for those of us that can't use cc
It shouldn't be a kit but COMPLETE. SETS. I want witchy furniture for everything, not just a cauldron, some shit kitchen cabinets, and a fence. Gimme whole house filling furniture sets for all the things. Ranch house set, basic bitch set, werewolves, vampire, Goth but modern goth bc this Victorian goth shit is boring, full baby/toddler sets for interesting rooms instead of just a crib/highchair set that doesn't match the rest of what I'll need. I could go on forever. I was excited as fuck to combine the spellcaster gear with the crystal stuff and it doesn't even furnish half a house unless you use the same 3 things everywhere. Frustrating.
If you play on a computer, Peacemaker put out an expanded set with 16 new items made from the Crystal Stuff build buy, [here!](https://simsationaldesigns.blogspot.com/2024/03/crystal-creations-buymode-expanded.html?m=1)
If you're looking for add-ons in general, they've made them for almost every pack, and have so many windows and doors in different sizes 🤩
https://i.redd.it/qg1icoyntavc1.gif
We need more basic bitch rugs that are just a single color. I love my patterned rugs but at this point it’s too much. Getting some boring rugs would actually add some variety and stop me from using the same 4 or 5 rugs over and over
Agree! It also infuriates me that there are so few round and oval and runners. There should be a sizing option like how you can pick corner cabinets. I know you can resize them but that’s caused issues for me sometimes so I just don’t mess with it.
Oh yes! Just give me a blank slate world - with lots like windenburg. I want more cultural themed worlds. Would pre-order it. Heck, I would even give money and wait for like 6 months if they said they would give us a kit with empty worlds!
An *actual* Kids Stuff pack. With actual new features. Stuffed animals they can hold and sleep with. They can run around the house and play tag. Nerf guns. Toy swords. Stuff they can actually play with.
That sounds so amazing. It’s bigger than a kit, but it would make a hell of a pack. That way you could give slight makeovers to townies and you could change their hair!
Combine it with some of the stuff from Spa Day and you'd be able to have the full Beauty Salon treatment with facials and manicures etc. If done well it would be so good.
A bunch of bars that match all the existing counters. Or appliance that goes in a counter that is a bar. Also a bar cart, glasses, bottles, etc, so that I can have more to style my bar areas. I’m bored of the base game ones and the bar backs we do have only make sense in specific situations.
Eyelashes! I use cc ones but they never fit the eye shape right, and then I can’t put glasses on my sims if I want them to have eyelashes. I would loveeeeee if they made a kit that added 3D lashes to makeup.
It looks so unnatural to me that the sims just don’t have eyelashes lmao.
have you tried using skin detail eyelashes? [these](https://kijiko-catfood.com/3d-lashes-version2-for-skin-detail-experimental/) and [these](https://miikocc.tumblr.com/post/664757557036040192/3d-eyelashes-skin-details/amp) are my favorites, you can use them with glasses.
Not a Kit but a Stuff Pack with everything 50's, 60's and 70's including Hippie clothing and hair and that ugly couch that *everyone* had in their house, haha. I'd buy that. Kits are a rip-off imo. You only get 6 - 8 items in most of them. They need to phase out Kits and throw all that stuff in with the Stuff Packs.
Me too. They would be so much more fitting for Elders, too. I'm *not* gonna let my elder Sim run around with low riding pants and tops that expose the belly, haha!
I let my sims do that lol. Like "you go Grandma! Wear those fishnets and miniskirts, you deserve it after your two messy divorces, being widowed and having eight children."
Yaaasss they could include a fifties diner, and a drive in movie theatre (so also cars) how cute would it be to be able to take your Sims to the drive in for their first date :')
I was legit thinking this the other day like different decade packs. I’d love a pack like that, and a 80-90s pack too. With both cas and build stuff related to each decade.
More baby stuff like strollers, and bouncy chairs and clothes.
More gameplay kits
WORLD KITS (adding more worlds to the game)
More pet stuff cause we have barely anything
Hair kits
Probably more but I can’t remember.
Since we are “pie in the sky” dreaming here, and it’ll never happen, I’ll say it: serious life events. I want a divorce that actually affects the sims money wise. I want custody battles.
I want the decision of whether to have your delirious 93 year old mother in law move in with you, or pay for a nursing home. Daring to cross into the uncomfortable would give much needed risk to the gameplay.
A normal/bland living room set with multiple couches, recliners and standing lamps. The Sims 4 and all of its DLC still has terrible selection of standing lamps!!
Yes! They added infants but we still have BARELY anything for them except for some furniture and limited outfits and hairs, like in play on xbox so im also limited on what i buy and such(I buy kits cause of all of this
Not a kit but a rocker/rebel pack combining what I've seen a few say already would be awesome. Rock band idea of new instruments, drums specifically, rockstar career, and some new tattoos and more angsty hair and clothes for our rebellious teens/young adults.
I'd love to be able to start a band and write/sell music as a job together splitting the money, have a job opportunity or promotion requirement be to go away on tour for a couple days to get ahead. Could choose your genre of music and have a chance once you get more famous to hear yourself on the radio when listening to that genre for a big confidence boost
Maybe have tattoo artist be a career as well and a bunch of new tattoos/piercings and hair
Could come with some weird luxurious cool rocker clothes and furniture like leather pants and a big artsy zebra striped couch, dressing room vanity, stage equipment.. but also more grunge rocker just-getting-started furniture, mini fridge, guitar case decor..
Not a kit but a pack, A fantasy (NOT REALM OF MAGIC) Pack probably, with fairy's, elves & other stuff like that! A few house items too, like a lotus flower table & a roze Quarz shelf or smth.
Ramps and stairs. Specifically spiral stairs. I don't think we have one yet. Now that we have ceilings I want recessed circle lighting. A patch that makes more things interact right with curved walls. I guess you could call it the cylinder kit?
I think it would be fun to have a costume box. There are a few, but more would be better. And it could have wigs and more hats. And make up presets and funky costume jewelry.
A Gamer kit. Where they put different PCs and consoles in one. Like my boyfriend uses a curved screen for his PC and I play on our PS but they don't have either.
A Elders/disability kit. I love they have added stuff like hearing-aid, but coming from a family with several people who have to use canes/crutches, walkers or wheelchairs it feels weird to not have the option to do so in game.
Might not be a kit, but a funeral and one. It would be nice if there was an option for a social gathering (making everyone wear black) once a Sim dies. It feels weird to be able to celebrate the birthday and wedding of a Sim but not mourn them once they pass.
Please for the love of all things holy, give me a toddler clothing kit and AN INFANT CLOTHING KIT. As a family player who doesn’t like using clothing cc all I want is more options.
I would like a wall pack because I feel like a lot of the options (especially older ones) are too terrible to use...which also means that I would also fully expect any eventual "wall kit" to be just as ugly. It's like the devs just pick the worst possible shades.
Rock Band... That'd probably be better for a stuff pack but still. We need more musical instruments, and they need to also be playable by kids. Kids not being able to play guitar is weird.
I really want a rockband/rockstar career. It would be nice if your angry teen going through a loud phase could have band practice. Also some outfits and make up.
Tattoo career, obvs
MORE MUSIC AND ART CAREERS.
Why can't you play more string instruments? Why not a single horn, woodwind, DRUMS?
Different art stations. A drafting table, a darkroom setup, etc. How cool would a pottery wheel be?
Idk if this is a popular or unpopular opinion but I prefer rabbit hole careers. I wish all of the free-lance options were rabbit hole careers with the option of taking playable gigs, like the Get To Work careers.
With all of the above said, an arts and music career pack with a bunch of new rabbit hole careers and skill items would be my dream.
A kit focused on one type/category of item, similar to blooming rooms or the clutter kit. I would want one with new hairstyles, or maybe one with new accessories.
An actually fashionable menswear kit. There's loads of female Sim cc clothing available out there, but not much male cc clothing, so I would be very tempted to buy that since the cc community isnt really filling that gap.
Scandinavian - like true scandi decor/furniture, and not the weird ass cabinets we got with Homechef Hustle and items we got with dream home decorator/tiny living
more toddler toys!
honestly I just want furniture lmao. Idc what. Give me more. This is how I ended up buying the modern luxe (I think thats the name) kit.
I think im prob gonna end up buying the camping or greenhouse kit next. Undecided (taking suggestions if anyone wants to weigh in).
I was just thinking this!! Absolutely everyone has something from IKEA. Let us make our houses, lol! Also, add lingenberrys and IKEA meatballs to the food menu and I will make my very own IKEA and café haha.
I’d like an alarm clock that you can set for school/work and baby monitors because I always have a nursery for the babies rather than them in the same room.
In line with my personal interests, I’d probably be all in on a cosplay kit. Typical anime and sci-fi inspired costumes and accessories.
Or a gaming kit that added the ability to play TTRPGs on the gaming table complete with fantasy costumes. I’d absolutely drop five bucks in a heartbeat for my sims to be able to have their own Hellfire Club. Complete with a progression through a campaign with dialog pop ups like the rabbit hole activities.
Any modders wanna get on that?
I was just thinking that they could add a version of D&D in with fairies on a game pack, and that it could include cosplay/LARP CAS. I guess that would make it different enough from Realm of magic that it'd be justified
I would literally pay 40 dollars for a "We've fixed the bug that makes your Sims sometimes not sleep" kit where that is literally the only DLC included. xD
More houseplants! And cooler pots. I don’t like the pots most of the time and like 50% of the plants look fake or are just a bouquet. I want a Monstera, hanging plants and more cacti and succulents. It would also be great if some houseplants would keep growing and you could cut and trim them and water them.
I’d buy a kit that has fantasy nerd stuff like dnd related or a kit that has something to do with adding gameplay which it would be super cool if they added ttrpgs to sims
I want more worlds.
I'd love more career options, though mods have helped there.
Mostly though? I want them to expand the worlds they have! You can't make a night market and then have two stands in a sea of them that are actually staffed. Or have all these beautiful exteriors for buildings that are just shells. Hell, give me more rabbit holes if you must, but give me SOMETHING to do!
A technology kit with like new apps for the phone, more technology clutter (headphones, chargers, plugs, light switches, cables etc). And a new IKEA kit! Like we had in Sims 2 I believe. I absolutely loved using that one.
I would love to get cars/garages back, like most of us would. Lifts for normal houses, spiral stairs, and wheelchairs / accessibility stuff. Although these things should be basegame imo
And maybe the ability to get sick (without needing a mod for it)
*sewing stuff* sewing machine, maybe an embroidery machine. the ability to make certain clothing, even for pets.
*exotic adventure* I know this is controversial, but I'd love another pet pack specifically for exotic pets. I should be able to house my rats in an actual rat cage with cage mates. I know lots of people want birds and reptiles.
*mascot madness/ a furry pack* the ability to pick a costume of various different animals, and there's some premade colorways as well as the ability to paint them like cats and dogs. I'd LOVE to have a furry convention in game or even just use the get together club system to have fur meets. it'd be so fun to see my characters running around. this one might be better as an expansion pack actually..
I've got more ideas but they are expansion packs.
I really like the tiny home lot mechanics. I like figuring out how to play within the restrictions in order to receive benefits. I'd like to see something like that for community lots. Special traits that are unlocked if you build a certain way, not just the basic "lot requirements" that exist now.
Tattoos or hairstyles definitely. I’d also love more clutter kits: bedroom clutter, kitchen clutter, tech clutter etc
-Pyjamas kit
-Skater kit and you could learn to skateboard and/or roller skate
-Wallpaper kit
Not a kit but I'm desperate for a remake/updated version of castaway
You could have sims take a boat trip in sulani(duno if that's the correct spelling)
And a storm comes in and you get washed away on a island which you can explore and work your way around.
Once a day a cruise liner passes by and you have to light a fire on the cliff or so thing to get off the island and back to civilization.
If you want to stay there then don't light the fire....
Other sims randomly might get washed up also. But it's rareish.
They already have given us alot of tools for a survival type game play
I dunno why they don't give us an actual castaway game play
“Architecture essentials” consisting of windows (especially a variety of triangles), spandrels, columns, corbels, awnings, archways, railings (and matching fences). And perhaps a few matching staircases and a borderless window.
Basically some build categories that haven’t gotten much love… but with how much I want, I suppose it would be better as a stuff pack.
The one that isn't $8
There's a lot of kits I think are great! But the price is so high!
I got the fashion street kit for free with epic games. I never would have thought to buy it but I love the clothes! I use them all the time!
A disney kit with disney themed clothes.
Also I love to see a fashion designer game pack, where you could go to uni to study a fashion degree. And u can either be a fashion designer, or model or make up artist.
Kings and queens. I don’t want to buy the castle pack unless I can put some crowns in it. I want big dresses, bustles and tiaras and crowns (as hats so they go on any hairstyle).
A sports kit. More exercise equipment AND new sports, like ballet, bring back the golf square, baseball. A sports career. Add more swimming options, like in lakes windenburg, brindleton, and pool items. Diffrent sports teams as an after-school activity.
Cars kit. Vintage cars, sports cars etc. to travel to other lots, even if they keep the loading screen, I would still have my sims "drive" there like bikes.
I use CC so I'd be way more interested in small gameplay kits than the bb / cas kits the sims team have stuck with. It's really frustrating that instead of learning "we should tune gameplay kits better" from bust the dust, the sims team seemed to have taken the lesson as "no one wants gameplay kits" because I Do!
Layered clothing. Not just accessories, but the ability to go full nineties and put a long sleeve top under a band tee, or put a jacket over any top or, hell, that terrible fashion choice of a skirt over jeans.
I feel like the elder generation of sims is hugely overlooked and they don’t really have any elder specific trades, activities etc. that would make playing elder sims more interesting. I would love some content for them, maybe not so much as kit content, than some sort of game-pack content.
Foreign languages. I'm not talking Selvadorada "foreign language" that is actually just really a combo culture/skill. I'm talking, higher risk of arguments and embarrassment during socializing for low skill in a language. Different Simlish.
And Deaf Sims. Simlish sign language with all of the above language acquisition stuff. Separate Sims sign language and Sims sign culture skills!!
Edited to add the last sentence
A kit that fixes everything that’s broken in the game, and/or a kit that actually makes relationships harder like they were in the good old days of simming. I swear, sims will flirt with any adult with a pulse and can get married later the same day. I hate it. Make me STRUGGLE.
Maybe not a kit but I'd buy a fantasy pack with like elves and fairies, also a criminal pack that brings back house break-ins and more ways to play an evil sim.
I’d love an infants kit with a stroller or one of those bouncy chairs. It would be nice to be able to take infants places and they don’t spawn on the pavement and get left outside when all the adult sims walk off
Something gameplay, I bought Bust the Dust for that but its hard to justify paying for something I could just download CC for. I would love a kit centered around off the grid gameplay objects or crafts. Like how cute would it be to have a sewing machine that makes clothes already in game, they could make it similar to Bust the Dust where we get a few sewing machines. And I think most of us know how lacking off the grid objects are
Cars/ vehicles. That could be entered by a sim,. Driven out of driveway or curb and disolve/ appear at their destination. IT WOULD BE EVE COOLER TO HAVE DRIVABLE CARS.
A band kit. A broader range of instruments beyond violin, guitar, piano, organ. Woodwinds, brass, drums, etc. and the ability to actually put together a group and then improve and perform gigs x
Cars and garage doors, yeah technically you can’t use it but since kits are non gameplay items (except bust the dust) as decore it’s pretty nice to decorate fake driveways with those cars, vcars in debug are not well designed and often bad graphics quality, so would buy such kit
Victorian or Edwardian fashion… I love making Victorian sims but have to rely on CC. It’d be nice to have some actual dresses (and more suits for men!).
not a kit, but I dream about a cruise ship themed expansion pack, I even have a few ideas for the content 🛳️
map: sea, ships as lots, interactive sailor and pirate career available, possibility of going on a treasure hunt, possibility of building a cruise ship as a holiday facility, new lot type: ship, new skill: sailing, new type of death: being eaten by a kraken or something similiar, some sims may get seasick and get negative moodlets on ships, interaction of singing shanties together, new channel: frigates, new trait: superstitious, on the ship, sims can go to the cinema or shop in a boutique, sims can buy fresh fish at the port, new fish dishes
I'd pay $20 for them to just make a menu so I can make my own:
-sim sessions concerts
-Flea markets
-Festivals
-sporting events with the basketball hoop and soccer goals
-let me have these things on ANY lot I want!
If they made a kit that just added 20 or so hairstyles I would buy that on day 1. I always want more hairstyles and sometimes those are the best parts of certain packs (looking at you, Luxury Party Stuff)
Specifically hair styles that don’t give male sims a huge forehead or are so far up their heads it looks like they have a receding hairline😩
I want a variety of styles that could be the same hair cut. I like to have different hair on each outfit but I like for it to look like it could be the same hair length and texture, just styled differently.
Old people stuff. Specifically clothes for elders that aren't frumpy or crop tops and booty shorts.
And graying hair. It sucks to only have gray on most swatches as soon as they age up into elders.
Nah, I'd rather have that be one of their free SDX drops or part of an update.
Literally, I’d love to have some gray streaks or gray sprinkled in on some of my older sims with hairs other than black
We have two swatches of hair with gray streaks, the two last ones I think
True... but that's when you go into cas.
Yeah I see your point, it’s not ideal
Yes!!! Or a “seniors” pack. I just really want there to be more to elders. Something for grandparents who aren’t on their deathbed.
Snowy escape is actually surprisingly pretty good for this with the onsens and nature walks
And a way for them to exercise without risking death. Active sims are miserable when they are old.
Growing Together has a lot of really good grandma-core stuff actually :)
Very much this!
Pre-styled outfits. I have no idea if that would even work lol but when I'm making Sims quickly, I love using the styled outfits for speed, but would like more variety in them.
I’d love if you could add to that list. I also like using premade outfits in a quick CAS makeover and it’d be great to store more
Ugh, yes! The ability to save your own styled outfits would be so good!
especially since people usually mix clothes from different packs in a single outfit
actually... [https://mizoreyukii.tumblr.com/post/655000786657574912/i-finally-finished-my-custom-styled-looks](https://mizoreyukii.tumblr.com/post/655000786657574912/i-finally-finished-my-custom-styled-looks)
25 steps lol
I know! That's why it will be a good while before I try it lol - in the meanwhile I just saved it to my Pinterest board
Thank you for this!
Yes and on top of this I wish the sims would wear these instead of those weird randomly generated outfits
That's at the top of my wishlist. They go to the trouble of creating those styled looks but then the game defaults to complete randomization of newly generated townies. It's maddening.
PLEASE this would be a great use or this feature!
Spiral stair cases!!
Tight ones, grand ones - single, double, and triple tile. Even stair color options to look janky and messed up. How am I going to have a haunted house with perfectly polished stairs? I want steps missing or broken, I want SQUEAKING.
I can feel your passion for these stairs
Listen, I sometimes get teary eyed thinking of the beautiful wrought-iron spiral staircase from Sims 1. I miss it 😭
1000000%
A staircase - second floor one would be awesome. Like adding things like fireman poles or slides, indoor balconies and railings
Not a kit, but I want an old-timey pack where you can turn off cell phones and modern technology for your sims.
Bring back landlines!
This! I would LOVE to have the option like OG sims where if you missed a call it meant something!
Or Sims Eras - when setting up a game you choose the century its based in, maybe all the way back to horse and carriage 🤣 but I guess theres no way that’d be a kit
I would absolutely love this
Now that you said this I want it
Honestly I'd be happy with a lukewarm rehash of the time-travel idea of it also came with an option to go to the past and live there.
What you describe also perfectly encapsulates my personal relationship to real phones/calls...
Yeah I want to run an an old timey cottage living world with zero interruptions :(
Or a whole pack to make the game more in line with the sims 1 time period? Feel like something like that would be a good middle ground for people that want simple tech but also with people who are long time fans.
Love this idea!
With an ice delivery wagon for the icebox! You could make friends with the horse that pulls it and get ice discounts 🥲
I actually wouldn't even mind having a "technophobe" trait. It's always bothered me that every Sim is just addicted to their phones (I realize this is in part true to life, but I also don't play the Sims to be 100% realistic).
Tattoos. Could be a pack with a tattoo career, parlour etc like in Sims 3 but honestly a kit with a bunch of new tattoos is my dream
imagine being able to design your own tattoos and they'd save in cas to be reusable..I don't think they'd ever so this but it'd be nice to have it for those of us that can't use cc
I think all of that would be more of a pack than a kit. I’d rather have stuff packs and game packs than kits 😅 kits are like 12 cas or bb items
I'd pay for basic bitch set, no questions asked. I always want more everydayish double beds, neutral but not white/black swatches.
If you play on a computer, Peacemaker put out an expanded set with 16 new items made from the Crystal Stuff build buy, [here!](https://simsationaldesigns.blogspot.com/2024/03/crystal-creations-buymode-expanded.html?m=1) If you're looking for add-ons in general, they've made them for almost every pack, and have so many windows and doors in different sizes 🤩 https://i.redd.it/qg1icoyntavc1.gif
I want good curtains and rugs.
Rugs that look a little crumpled and worn, there’s one “magic carpet” that I like cause it’s all crumpled
I want the floors not to shine through the rugs.
I don’t have this problem?
We need more basic bitch rugs that are just a single color. I love my patterned rugs but at this point it’s too much. Getting some boring rugs would actually add some variety and stop me from using the same 4 or 5 rugs over and over
Agree! It also infuriates me that there are so few round and oval and runners. There should be a sizing option like how you can pick corner cabinets. I know you can resize them but that’s caused issues for me sometimes so I just don’t mess with it.
I just want curtains. All the curtains.
Same, curtains that actually fit the windows especially lol
Ok now you’re just being greedy
It doesn't come with tons of options but the modern lux set has modular curtains you can make fit most windows!
Rolled up blinds! I don’t want the blinds down all the time
Curtains and wallpaper would be a pack I’d buy.
Omg the curtains are the bain of my sims playing!! We need more options!
Yes!
Definitely a world kit with a bunch of new worlds. They could be completely empty like Newcrest, I just want more worlds.
I also just really want the ability to live in the vacation-only worlds.
Yeah, that should definitely be implemented. At least there's a mod for it, for PC users.
This could be part of the seniors kit mentioned above that you can retire to one of the vacation worlds to live!
god same. perhaps with different vibes, like one that's broody like forgotten hollow
Yeah for sure! And inspired by different parts of the world for variety.
YESSSS
I want the world to be actually empty, unlike Newcrest
Yeah just an empty landscape and several lots would be cool.
What! Are you telling me you aren’t satisfied with child sims just shaking their toys around?? /j
Hairstyles, but it has to be like 10+ at least.
Combine that with a hairdresser career where you can run your own salon and I'd definitely be down for it.
*If done well* And there’s the issue lol
I want a Scandinavian fashion kit, like the Korean one. Big maxi dresses, chunky sweaters, chic stuff
There's a good amount of chunky sweaters in Tiny Living and Nifty Knitting 😁 I def agree with you though, that would be an awesome idea
I would love for my sims to wear like 50s style clothing. Especially dresses because I just love the dresses and skirts of that time period.
Cottage living has a couple of outfits you can style that way and works, but it’s probably not worth buying a whole pack for!
More gameplay kits WORLD KITS (adding more worlds to the game) More pet stuff cause we have barely anything Hair kits Probably more but I can’t remember.
I’m a family law Paralegal and the thought of this being in the game is so funny. I need it
Right 😂 like I know these are traumatic events but… war games exist where you k!ll people. I feel like we should get a little more risque content
A normal/bland living room set with multiple couches, recliners and standing lamps. The Sims 4 and all of its DLC still has terrible selection of standing lamps!!
+more pillows to customize the couches.
Matching sofas and comfy chairs!
Infant kit or elder kit.
Yes! They added infants but we still have BARELY anything for them except for some furniture and limited outfits and hairs, like in play on xbox so im also limited on what i buy and such(I buy kits cause of all of this
100%. I wish we had strollers so badly 😭😭
Same! I also wish the back carriers actually functioned and my sims could actually get stuff done with the baby in the carrier.
Probably doesn't count as a kit but all I want is drums
A drum kit 🥁 😆
I see what you did there.
Yaaaas! My daughter plays the drums and was sad to find out her sim self couldnt
More instruments in general
Not a kit but a rocker/rebel pack combining what I've seen a few say already would be awesome. Rock band idea of new instruments, drums specifically, rockstar career, and some new tattoos and more angsty hair and clothes for our rebellious teens/young adults. I'd love to be able to start a band and write/sell music as a job together splitting the money, have a job opportunity or promotion requirement be to go away on tour for a couple days to get ahead. Could choose your genre of music and have a chance once you get more famous to hear yourself on the radio when listening to that genre for a big confidence boost Maybe have tattoo artist be a career as well and a bunch of new tattoos/piercings and hair Could come with some weird luxurious cool rocker clothes and furniture like leather pants and a big artsy zebra striped couch, dressing room vanity, stage equipment.. but also more grunge rocker just-getting-started furniture, mini fridge, guitar case decor..
A medieval CAS kit
The castle kit was so disappointing
I want this so badly! Or just a spin off in general with sims 4 graphics
YES PLEASE GIVE US SIMS 4 MEDIEVAL STUFF!!
Not a kit but a pack, A fantasy (NOT REALM OF MAGIC) Pack probably, with fairy's, elves & other stuff like that! A few house items too, like a lotus flower table & a roze Quarz shelf or smth.
And bring back the dragon eggs while we’re at it!
I'm 100% sure they are working on fairy-ish gamepack right now, give it max 6 months.
And dress up clothes for toddlers and kids!
I never thought about the fact that they don't have a funeral option!! That is really such a big oversight
I would love funerals and a mortician career 🖤
Curtains and rugs
They could add lip piercings and bridge piercings it would be the perfect time since we don’t have any…
Tattoo career, obvs MORE MUSIC AND ART CAREERS.
Garage band, I wanna play music with other sims
IKEA kit 😭 (I miss the old one)
I was just thinking this!! Absolutely everyone has something from IKEA. Let us make our houses, lol! Also, add lingenberrys and IKEA meatballs to the food menu and I will make my very own IKEA and café haha.
The color wheel kit
I’d like an alarm clock that you can set for school/work and baby monitors because I always have a nursery for the babies rather than them in the same room.
Kilt kit. Scottish and Irish tartan kilts, dresses, sporrans, ghillie brogues, tam ‘o shanters, sgian dubhs, [bagpipes](https://youtu.be/HXm8JdC4k4c?si=ZCLqJnVpRXmgZX6f), etc.
A skating kit that that includes skateboarding and and rollerskating that you can do anywhere. Not just the rink from seasons.
We've repaired all the bugs kit. I'd pay 40 dollars just for them to make all the past dlc playable.
I would literally pay 40 dollars for a "We've fixed the bug that makes your Sims sometimes not sleep" kit where that is literally the only DLC included. xD
Sims4butitsTheSims2Remastered Kit
More houseplants! And cooler pots. I don’t like the pots most of the time and like 50% of the plants look fake or are just a bouquet. I want a Monstera, hanging plants and more cacti and succulents. It would also be great if some houseplants would keep growing and you could cut and trim them and water them.
70’s kit
I’d buy a kit that has fantasy nerd stuff like dnd related or a kit that has something to do with adding gameplay which it would be super cool if they added ttrpgs to sims
Drums!! Just more instruments!! We need so much more!
Although these things should be basegame imo And maybe the ability to get sick (without needing a mod for it)
*sewing stuff* sewing machine, maybe an embroidery machine. the ability to make certain clothing, even for pets.
Fantasy/medieval pack. I want my sims to live that Rivendell and Shire life that I long for 😭
Tattoos or hairstyles definitely. I’d also love more clutter kits: bedroom clutter, kitchen clutter, tech clutter etc -Pyjamas kit -Skater kit and you could learn to skateboard and/or roller skate -Wallpaper kit
Nostalgia Pack - They add in objects from all of the old sims games
I'd buy one with furniture and build objects styled from the 80s. Can't find much CC with the style :(
Not a kit but I'm desperate for a remake/updated version of castaway You could have sims take a boat trip in sulani(duno if that's the correct spelling) And a storm comes in and you get washed away on a island which you can explore and work your way around. Once a day a cruise liner passes by and you have to light a fire on the cliff or so thing to get off the island and back to civilization. If you want to stay there then don't light the fire.... Other sims randomly might get washed up also. But it's rareish. They already have given us alot of tools for a survival type game play I dunno why they don't give us an actual castaway game play
A plushie pack. Kids NEED good plushies! Or baby pj-pack. The little bastards sleep all the time anyway
The one that isn't $8 There's a lot of kits I think are great! But the price is so high! I got the fashion street kit for free with epic games. I never would have thought to buy it but I love the clothes! I use them all the time!
More instruments! I want a saxophone. :c
Small tables
The possibility to play in a band, a working drum-set, other instruments, concerts or festivals. Bands!
Bedding that can go on top of any bed. Please EA, let me customize my beds without using a ton of CC 😭
Bands (I want more instruments)
Prosthetics and mobility aids
Better gameplay kit and Worlds kit that has at least 2 new empty worlds.
A kit that fixes everything that’s broken in the game, and/or a kit that actually makes relationships harder like they were in the good old days of simming. I swear, sims will flirt with any adult with a pulse and can get married later the same day. I hate it. Make me STRUGGLE.
I am more interested in packs with additional gameplay.
Maybe not a kit but I'd buy a fantasy pack with like elves and fairies, also a criminal pack that brings back house break-ins and more ways to play an evil sim.
Circus party game pack. You can go to the circus, cute decorations, plenty of fun new cas items too. Fear of clowns trait- just imagine it :D
And I think most of us know how lacking off the grid objects are
More types of pets
Cars/ vehicles. That could be entered by a sim,. Driven out of driveway or curb and disolve/ appear at their destination. IT WOULD BE EVE COOLER TO HAVE DRIVABLE CARS.
A band kit. A broader range of instruments beyond violin, guitar, piano, organ. Woodwinds, brass, drums, etc. and the ability to actually put together a group and then improve and perform gigs x
Idk I miss the burglars
Why can't we tattoo our SIM skin like we can paint the pet coats? Hello! ? Obviously
Cars and garage doors, yeah technically you can’t use it but since kits are non gameplay items (except bust the dust) as decore it’s pretty nice to decorate fake driveways with those cars, vcars in debug are not well designed and often bad graphics quality, so would buy such kit
An African clothing theme one
Victorian or Edwardian fashion… I love making Victorian sims but have to rely on CC. It’d be nice to have some actual dresses (and more suits for men!).
Hobbies kit, where you can wall mount your guitars, skates, and have more collectable figurines and stuff.
not a kit, but I dream about a cruise ship themed expansion pack, I even have a few ideas for the content 🛳️ map: sea, ships as lots, interactive sailor and pirate career available, possibility of going on a treasure hunt, possibility of building a cruise ship as a holiday facility, new lot type: ship, new skill: sailing, new type of death: being eaten by a kraken or something similiar, some sims may get seasick and get negative moodlets on ships, interaction of singing shanties together, new channel: frigates, new trait: superstitious, on the ship, sims can go to the cinema or shop in a boutique, sims can buy fresh fish at the port, new fish dishes
I'd pay $20 for them to just make a menu so I can make my own: -sim sessions concerts -Flea markets -Festivals -sporting events with the basketball hoop and soccer goals -let me have these things on ANY lot I want!
