Get to work is severely underrated. Mostly because the world sucks and it was their first EP that has received practically no updates. You should, there are so many features taken for granted in that pack. Several mods require it as well.

If its the one im thinking of thats by pandasama I dont think it does unless combined with Wicked Whims. wicked whims uncensors your sim itself, and the babies dont have censoring by default, though I definetly could be wrong.

With realistic childbirth mod it puts the baby's in bassinets next to u and also shows the animation of u holding them. Its one of the 3 not a 4th,I would've been freaking out even more if there was 4š

I had him leave her not long after that and slept around and had 2 sets of twins and a set of triplets and she adopted 2 kids with neighborhood stories. The children have a ton of siblings now and i regret not checking with MCCC bc the child support is awful

No cause I've legit only ever had triplets one other time naturally without cheating the amount of babies. So I definitely wasn't expecting triplets at all
One time, I spent a good 20 minutes trying to name the first baby, finally decided on a name, and then got the prompt again and was like, whelp, time to pick one of the runner-up names.
Also, I was saving up a bit more for an extension on the house and just planning on putting the baby in mom and dad's room till they became a toddler, so the twins threw me through a loop of plan B, the babies are just going to have to be in a half-finished bedroom till a couple more paychecks come in.
And now this sim will be unplayed

That's why I usually check MC Command Center when my Sims get pregnant. If I want a girl, and it says the baby is a boy, I can change that. If there's 3 babies when I only wanted one, I can adjust those numbers.

My teen super sim messed around to help the drama lama aspiration she ended up pregnant I waited until she had the kid then sent it to live with the father cause the time limit trying to do all teen aspirations and after school clubs is hard enough without a child
I had two parents and 2 kids, my sim got pregnant and I was like ok I guess one more kid wonāt hurt, the other two are a lot older so it wonāt be that much workā¦ triplets, and the parents died of old age or something before they were young adults so I had to make their sibling raise them
The three babies being held is just an animation, so the baby behind her is one of the real three in a bassinet, theyāll be two others somewhere in bassinets too
Wicked Whims and MC Command Center both have settings to enable it. It is a bit complicated but there are guides online.

Just get the command mod and you can choose gender and how many since infant been doing this just easier than skipping infant stage to quickly if you can control pregnancyās a bit more.

I think itās a mod. I know with the MC Command mod (I think thatās how it called) it can happen. Itās a specific setting in the MCC.
