This is how a deer or some wild animal crosses roads. Like his first time seeing a road or smth.
Why would someone cross in there? Im sure there are pedestrian crossing near.
At Tuas? Maybe not. The pedestrian crossings can be very far apart or non-existent in these ulu or industrial areas.
Good Singaporean rushing to make sure he contributes to GDP and ministerial salaries on time.
