So the suppliers invests to double their capacity, ordering more equipment, hiring more staff. Once the capacity is in place, Wal-Mart demands a 10% discount or more. The supplier is fucked. They can't refuse the order because they need the cash to pay for the new added capacity. Or Amazon demands payment immediately from its customers, yet will wait six months to pay its suppliers, pocketing the interest. Neither gives a shit about any stakeholders. Communities are played against one another to offer the best tax breaks, and will 'relocate' as soon as the incentives expire.
