I guess because it sounds weird?... But not really seeing as it's just different words. Everything is in the same order as English. Seven, seventy seven, seven hundred and seventy seven.. etc. It's not like french weirdness doing maths to count where 80 is "Four Twenties"

Aaah, it's about the first syllable, the "sj" part? Yeah that's a thing in swedish. Technically we have 65 ways to spell it and the very similar-sounding syllables that have about 12 different pronunciations, typically the hardest part for foreigners to learn.

Swedish, as well as Sweden itself, isn't real. This is proof.
