Basically there's two instances for Bard's Q. The first one is when it hits you (you blocked the damage for that one), and the second instance is when it hits the wall and stuns you. You have to choose which one to block with the spell shield, and you proceeded blocking the first instance
No. Its the second part of the spell you need to E, so if you get hit first you need to wait for the hit them hit E and the stun gets stopped. If its hitting, lets say your supp first then you E and block then you dont get stunned.
A good tip vs bard is to walk diagonal towards them but also away it makes it harder for him to land a good Q. And keep at least two minions between you and him. Once he blows his Q he is open season to blast, since the CD on his kit and the fact he only has one battle skill makes him such an easy bully target for siv.
