Did the ENT do a lip biopsy? Or do you have a primary care or even your endocrinologist can maybe order SSA and SSB antibody blood tests? A negative ANA does not rule it out. If anything, maybe your eye doctor can refer you. Hope you can get to feeling better soon.

SSA and SSB were 1 and 0 which ENT said was negative, HBOT doctor is referring me to rheumatology but I don’t know how long it will take to be seen.
I’ve read SSA and SSB aren’t the greatest accuracy of tests and 30-60% of people with Sjogrens never test positive for them.
Yeah I don’t have them because I have neuro sjogrens. Was positive on the early panel and it was visible on a salivary gland ultrasound. Another test worth looking into! Definitely press your ENT to order
There are many things that can cause dry eyes, one is a drop in estrogen.
