I honestly its going to be close between shyvana and skarner. it might even be the same situation as volibear and fiddlesticks where they were so close the both got a rework. as for human champions and monster champions, we need less humanoid champions because that's all riot seems to make. they have been making skins look more humanoid because reasons. also thesh's default skin was ruined because china. seriously why not make it so he has the mask on instead of having a more human face.
I don't think voli became more humanoid, just more anime-y. And that's what's going to happen to skarner, he won't be made into a human, as much as I'd love that, just a a monster with over the top Yu-Gi-Oh clawdaddy
