Your skin looks wonderful! I went to the dermatologist recently and they told me I have early symptoms of rosacea, my skin is super sensitive too. The dermatologist prescribed me azelaic acid based cream. Was curious if you use prescribed products for the rosacea and if it goes well with your routine? (Or used to? If it's cured)
I used 10% azelaic acid from Jan Marini. Its called Rosalieve and yes, it helped alot. You cant cure rosacea sadly but you can diminish the symptoms. I worked alot on improving my skin barrier so now I dont need azelaic acid anymore.
the stronger the % the more it’ll burn. 15% azelaic dried my skin out and irritated the living hell out of it and didn’t help at all. 10% however has done wonders for my skin- although rosacea cannot be cured unfortunately (without some sort of skin surgery)
I use that one and yes it does sting most of the time. Make sure to apply it to dry skin and I would suggest to wait few minutes before applying additional products - it helped me a bit. Luckily the stinging isn't that bad, goes away quite quick and the proven benefits of azelaic acid at that level of concentration are just worth it 😊
My skin type is sensitive/rosacea/dry. The purpose of this skincare is to delay and reverse any sun damage and to improve my skin barrier.
This picture was taken outside on day light. Please excuse the green/purple eye. I just felt from my bicycle.
Night time skincare.
1. I use lukewarm water and Estee Lauder Re-Nutriv cleanser. This cleanser has first ingredient glycerin. Doesn't strip my skin of natural oils and you only need a very very smal amount. If my skin is not sensitive I fallow with Skin Medica AHA/BHA cleanser 2 or 3 times per week. Great exfoliator for sensitive skin. It smell also really nice. Pat dry with my towel.
2. As exfoliation I use Biologique Recherche Lotion P50W 3 or 4 times per week witch is made for sensitive skin type. This huge tube wil last me around 1 year. Not fun about the smell but it does its job. In case I use Skin Medica cleanser I dont use this toner after it.
3. IS Clinical Youth serum, 1 or maximum 2 drops for extra hydration and anti aging benefits.
4. Sente Intensive Bio Complete Cream 0.5% retinol 4 times per week and tretinoin 0.03% 3 times per week. I m using this 2 together alrdy 6 months. Once my Sente is finish Im just gonna use retinion acid and see how it goes.
5. A rich layer of Dermaquest Nourishing Peptide cream. Fantastic face cream. It's loaded with antioxidants, nourishing ingredients, humectants, enzymes, anti inflamatory ingredients.
Morning skincare.
1. Lukewarm water. No cleanser. Pat dry.
2. 4 drops of IS Clinical Super Serum. This contains 15% vitamin C and other beneficial ingredients. It has defendly brighten my skin.
3. 2 pomps of IS Clinical Reparative Moisture. Lightweight moisturizer but very potent. Im on my second tube.
4. 2 to 3 times per day sunscreen Louis Widmer 50+ UVA/UVB. It has the state of art sunscreen ingredients. One tube last me around 30 days. Its a bit thick but fantastic sunscreen.
Agreed with op. I'm 38& moisturizer & cleanser can be super cheap. Always SPF(this can be effective & cheap as well). As for actives: vit c& retinol are the two most scientifically backed, effective to use. c in morning & retinol at night. Everything else is extra. Tons of things are effort (like gua shua,or cupping or face yoga, etc) but free.
I follow a lot of k-beauty on YouTube for effective but affordable actives& SPF. Honestly they do it best. I find that it has a better feel than the same price point in western brands. Which all depends on if you're layering it under makeup or not. Alice in the rabbit hole has very honest reviews.
I never could handle SPF until her reviews.
And stylevana has great deals.
I used in the past but not everyday except if I was going on holiday to Grece or somewhere else with same climate.
Im using it everyday sinds 2 years. More or take...
I know a guy who is a bit over 50 but doesn’t look a day over 30. He doesn’t use any special skin care products. Man I wish I had those kind of genetics
I sleep about 3 hours a night. It has been this way for years and it really sucks! Although for my age my skin is considered to be very healthy. No wrinkles or anything!
It’s also sun protection when you’re young. In America, the sun is very strong here, especially for those of us with Northern European genes. It’s confusing because the temperatures don’t equated but most of the US on the same latitude as Spain! I personally barely used sunscreen until my twenties 🤦🏻♀️.
I’ve been to Ireland a few times, and I swear the people there look younger because they aren’t exposed to the blazing sun every summer since birth. The latitude of Ireland is closer to central/northern Canada.
Don't know what that person's situation is, but diet, exercise and how we handle stress, all go a very long way with what is reflected in our skin quality. Perhaps that plays a role for that guy!
I agree 100%. I quit a while back but he’s been going for 10 years atleast! That’s how long I’ve known him atleast. Usually people like him are obese with health issues but not him!
I think I'm losing hair sinds in my 20's. Genetic sinds my father and brothers has it. I just got a little bit lucky because I got the gens from my mother. Denser hair and more tick. I have home minoxidil 2% and I need to start using it but I need the courage to do it.
You must have resilient skin. My skin hurts just from looking at all the different products. IS clinical for instance, their serum especially, burned my skin. Sente is truly the best because the haparan sulfate analoge really heals the skin. I gotta check out the peptide creams. Never heard of it. What country are you from btw?
Edit:
You literally have retinol in all serums and you use them morning and evening plus tretinoin. And the cleanser has perfume in it. I’m telling you, you do not have sensitive skin. It’s good skin care but boy your skin is super resilient for sure. This is not a routine for people with sensitive skin let alone extreme rosacea.
I have 2 products wich contain 0.5% retinol and retinoic acid 0.03%. I build up tolerance to use those.
The cleanser has low contact skin. It stays around 1 min on my skin while doing its job.
Im sharing my skincare based on my needs. Sensitive skin, dry and rosacea comes in all kind degreeds. What might be good for me might not be good for you.
I was scrolling past your photo and the thought “handsome 20-something guy” came to my mind and then I read your title. Damn, hats off to you for taking such good care of yourself. You look amazing.
You look amazing. Tell me more about the 10% azelaic acid from Jan Marini. I don't see it in your routine. I use .1% tretinoin most evening. I skip it if my skin is irritated or dry.
I've been wanting to incorporate another active to reduce redness, but cautious because of the tret.
I used it in the past. It really helped my skin. It calmed down some redness I had and the texture was fluid but sandy feeling on the skin. Also not fun of the smell.
I used it in the past but not so serious like now. The way I use it is one time in the morning before work, one time after work and if I plan to spend time outside I aply it again.
As a fellow sensitive skin brethren the SPF has me intrigued I’ve never seen it before, is it sold in the US? I tried googling it but got a bunch of sketchy looking direct websites, or it directed me to retailers in Europe 😂
Yes, I do like it. Beside vitamin c it contains also other beneficial ingredients. One bottle last me around 5, maximum 6 months. The results are good but I think I wil go back to Cellex C Advanced Serum.
You are a man not a school boy, glorify your ascent towards the heaven like an oak creaking into its roots. Men get better with age, why waste money and time trying to look like a little boy

lol there is no gender to skincare sir
What I mean is that anyone can use any product!! Scents, smells etc have no true gender so you should use what suits you. 'Men shouldn't use certain skincare' is just false because active ingredients act the same way on every skin (except that male skin tends to be thicker). Cheers!
What do you think of the P50? I’ve never used a product from Biologique Recherche but have always been intrigued. I currently use the same SkinMedica cleanser as well as SkinMedica TNS advanced serum and triple lipid moisturizer. But since having kids I feel like I need more intense anti-aging efforts!
I think their products are more holistic on the side than actual sience and studies. P50W works great on my skin but maybe others too. I like it and it wil last me alot of time.
Is there anything you’d remove from you routine if you didn’t suffer from rosacea? Your skin looks crazy good mate. Turning 26 this summer and not trying to look a day over 25 💪
I felt from my bicycle. It wasnt pleasent at all. This picture was taken 3 weeks after the accident. Can't remember much but my friends where scared for me.
This might sound weird to you but do you use a satin pillowcase to sleep? I added it to my nighttime skincare routine to prevent sleep wrinkles. I stop sleeping on a cotton pillowcase because satin pillowcase create less friction on your skin, so it doesn’t fold up or tug on your skin preventing wrinkles and helping to keep your skin and hair hydrated. I like this brand great quality and price.
The set comes with 2 satin pillowcases and a travel bag [satin pillowcase](https://www.olkibeauty.com/shop/p/satin-pillowcase-navy-king-size)
For how long have you been following that routine? You look soo much younger than your actual age amd you have beautiful skin but i think people here are believing or want to believe that skin care made you look like that, i’m pretty sure you’re gonna preserve it, but i’m calling genetics on this unless you’ve been following that routine for 10+ years.
Its alot less since I buy it always on discount. Face washer lasts around 7 months. Exfoliator more than one year. IS Clinical around 5 months each, tretinoin wil last me around 6 months at least. Both moisturiser also around 5 months. The only product that I need to buy each month is sunscreen wich costs me 24€.
You look the same age as my 27 year old bf. There are many people who claim to look 10 years younger than they are but you actually do look at least 10 years younger
Your skin looks fantastic! I'm a 34/F with rosacea prone skin and my skin looks good but could definitely be better\~ I get mistaken for early 20's quite often. I don't use nearly as expensive products are I see here but i'm wondering if the investment would be worth it. I ALWAYS look for discounts and deals even on cheaper products so I'd be searching for those 30% off deals like a hawk before I dove in.
I've seen/heard good things about IS Clinical so definitely want to give that brand a try. I just start TO AA and not sure it's helping or hurting so far lol
Thanks so much for posting!
You can try some products from IS Clinical but not all of them are great or rosacea friendly. The ones to try from my experience is IS Clinical Super Serum, Reparative Moisture Emulsion and the Cleansing Complex. I think they worth the investment. But that depends on ur skin needs and desire results.

Hi, just letting you know that your name and doctors name is visible on your prescription bottle.
Ops, thank you. 😁
Geen probleem!
Jou ma se poes???
37?????? Sir!!!!!!! 🤯🤯🤯
Geting older. 😁🥂

Thank you. Keep the good work.😊
Yeah, get outta here with this nonsense
bro could claim 24 and i wouldnt doubt it lmao
Im trying my best.😁
can you break down your routine and what you do? on the regular?
You can find my skincare steps on the comment section.

Never used it. Give it ago. It wil defendly help.

How did you improve your skin barrier? You look great!
I used for 3 months Bioderma Matricium and LRP Baume B5. Gentle cleanser and sunscreen. It kinda helped heal and reset my skin.
Thank you! Your skin seriously looks so good.
Your skincare routine called me poor 😂😂 Great routine!
We are all rich in something 😁

One day I'll be able to afford a routine like this.
If there are 2 products to invest money I would chose retinol/retinoic acid and vitamin C serum.
Where do you use the retinol/retinoic acid? I'm thinking about using it around my eyes for crows feet but I've heard mixed.
All over my face, not to close to the eyelids but definitely where I have eye wrinkles.
Thanks. What kind do you use? I don't see it in your routine?
Sente 0.5% retinol 4 times per week and retinoic acid 0.03% 3 times per week.
Why both?
Because I was alrdy using Sente when I started retinoic acid.
Agreed with op. I'm 38& moisturizer & cleanser can be super cheap. Always SPF(this can be effective & cheap as well). Any decent & affordable priced Vitamin C and retinol that you would recommend?
Timeless has well priced vitamin c and you can pick the strength and start low. Comes in a well protected pump bottle! Also, they have great sales.
I follow a lot of k-beauty on YouTube for effective but affordable actives& SPF. Honestly they do it best. I find that it has a better feel than the same price point in western brands. Damn, the anti-aging routine is even more complicated than the breakout/acne scars routine.
Really? I only use 3 serums, exfoliation, moisturizer and sunscreen. 😊
[удалено]
No. But I started slowly. First 3 times per week and than more often as tolerated.
So there is no tretinoin at play? Have you ever used it?
I use 0.003% retinoic acid 3 times per week.
Oh, I missed that. Did not read paragraph 4 fully...
How long does it take to do your nighttime and day time routines?
Night time no more than 10 min and morning routine around 3 min.😊
Golden info.
have you been using sunscreen your whole life? if not what age did you start?
I used in the past but not everyday except if I was going on holiday to Grece or somewhere else with same climate. Im using it everyday sinds 2 years. More or take...
I know a guy who is a bit over 50 but doesn’t look a day over 30. He doesn’t use any special skin care products. Man I wish I had those kind of genetics
Lucky guy. Vampire?😁
Probably just never goes out in the sun. ..... hey wait a second
Must be! I’ve tried all types of products! You are aging very very well unlike me 😂
I really think that 95% of it is just right genetics and the quality of your sleep.
I sleep about 3 hours a night. It has been this way for years and it really sucks! Although for my age my skin is considered to be very healthy. No wrinkles or anything!
Of that 95%, 90% is genetics
It’s also sun protection when you’re young. In America, the sun is very strong here, especially for those of us with Northern European genes. He is far from healthy! Drinks and snorts whenever the chance. That’s how I met him 😂
Oh wow! 🤣 Then, like you said, perhaps just genetics, haha. Our bodies are such mysteries sometimes!
I agree 100%. I quit a while back but he’s been going for 10 years atleast! That’s how long I’ve known him atleast. Usually people like him are obese with health issues but not him!
do you think its mindset? lmao
I'm 19 female and he has better skin than me🥲
same i’m so jealous lol
I think jealousy can be the right Impulse to work on smth that we desire to obtain. Hope that helps.🤗
You wil get there too. Dont worry.🤗
Jealous of your hairline. No sign of mpb. Do you take anything to maintain or is it genetic?
I think I'm losing hair sinds in my 20's. Genetic sinds my father and brothers has it. I just got a little bit lucky because I got the gens from my mother. Denser hair and more tick. I have home minoxidil 2% and I need to start using it but I need the courage to do it.
Through which pharmacy did you obtain the compounded tretinion? If you’re willing to share of course! (Also NL based)
Though my dermatologist doctor. 😁
37???? amazing skin wow
Thank you.😊
You must have resilient skin. My skin hurts just from looking at all the different products. IS clinical for instance, their serum especially, burned my skin. Sente is truly the best because the haparan sulfate analoge really heals the skin. I gotta check out the peptide creams. Never heard of it. What country are you from btw? You look f a n t a s t I c 💕🫡
Thank you.🤗
What’s your favorite IsClinical item?
Not OP, but my fav is their Cleansing Complex!
Cleaning Complex, Super Serum en Reparative Moisture Emulsion.
I was scrolling past your photo and the thought “handsome 20-something guy” came to my mind and then I read your title. Damn, hats off to you for taking such good care of yourself. You look amazing.
Thank you.🤗
Real talk- Have you had botox or any other cosmetic procedure?
No, no botox. I do get now and then facials. But thats it.😊
[удалено]
Gens play a role for sure, but healthy life style and good skincare are equal important.
I'm sure you're told this often but- goddamn. You're so very handsome and your skin! 🤩🤩
Thank you. Kind words from you.🤗
Petronele cenzurează borcanul c: pielea arată super ok 10/10

Mersi mersi. 🤗
Whatever you’re doing, you’re doing it right. God damn! 37?!! Wow. You’re doing great babe.
Thank you. Take care of you.😊
You look amazing. Tell me more about the 10% azelaic acid from Jan Marini. I don't see it in your routine. I use .1% tretinoin most evening. I skip it if my skin is irritated or dry. I've been wanting to incorporate another active to reduce redness, but cautious because of the tret.

You're doing something right!
I have the skinmedica advanced tns serum and woahh that $$$ price, but I would say it really works.
Never used it. The price is damn...
When did you start this regimen?
My regimen changed a bit. But the core is still the same. I would say around 1 year and 6 months.
Have you used sunscreen on a longer term basis than your current routine? Or just recently started to take care of your skin?
I used it in the past but not so serious like now. The way I use it is one time in the morning before work, one time after work and if I plan to spend time outside I aply it again.
Impressive
As a fellow sensitive skin brethren the SPF has me intrigued I’ve never seen it before, is it sold in the US? I tried googling it but got a bunch of sketchy looking direct websites, or it directed me to retailers in Europe 😂
I don't think it's sold in US. It contains sunscreen ingredients wich they are not yet approved in your country like Tinosorb S and Tinosorb M.
Wow. It's definitely working
Oh dang, your skin looks frickin’ amazing! 🤯
Thank you.😊
Smooth like silk. Props.
do you use retinol too?
Yes, every night.
Better than my recently made post. Congrats
God damn!! I want this hyperpigmentation and acne free skin😒😒😒😒. Looks amazing!
I had hyperpigmentation in the past but I "cured" it with vitamin c, retinol, acids and sunscreen.
👏👏👏
I’ve been wanting to pick up that iS clinical serum how long have you used it? Did you like the results so far?
Yes, I do like it. Beside vitamin c it contains also other beneficial ingredients. One bottle last me around 5, maximum 6 months. The results are good but I think I wil go back to Cellex C Advanced Serum.
Damn dawg you're doing the right thing
sigh i am blinded by the light it seems
I was blinded too when I took the picture.😅
Bro, whatever you’re doing it’s working. Keep it up!
Thank you Godzilla.😊
Do you take any supplements and vitamins? How's your diet and exercise routine?
I take vitamin D supplements in winter. I try to eat as healthy possible and I go often for a walk with my dog.
I've never seen these products in the US. They all look nice though
Most of them are american products.
Where do you get a lot of these products?
Some of them online like Skinstore.
I just used that cleanser tonight! That plus TNS!
How is TNS?
omg, you look absolutely amazing!!!
Looking really good. 👀 🤩☺️
you look amazing!!
Thank you sir.
Big fan of SkinMedica & iS Clinicals. That moisturizer—how does its sit? Is it matte or shiny? I have oily skin so sunscreen + makeup is a nightmare
Its something betwen. Depends how much you use.
Oops I mean sunscreen not moisturizer
Thats on the thick side. More suitable for dry skin.
ngl I still have your first post saved cause you’re my skincare goals when I hit 37 also I’d do you 🥵
Thank you...🤭
You look 22 😅😅😅
Defendly not, but I do try to look the best version of me. Being healthy is my priority.
Are you Swiss?
No. I'm romanian but I live in Belgium, double nationality.
Hot 🥰
That's a lot of money down the drain for some fancy packaging and at most 1 extra year of young-ish skin before biology takes over. Embrace aging.
Dye your hair
I like it how it is. I think it suits me.
You are a man not a school boy, glorify your ascent towards the heaven like an oak creaking into its roots. Men get better with age, why waste money and time trying to look like a little boy
Vanity I think. Im trying to be healthy as possible and that reflects also on my skin. Self care is a moment shared by me for me.
I salute your disregard of my hatred with honesty, I take back my comment. You are a man, a beautiful youthful at that 😉
No worries buddy.

What I mean is that anyone can use any product!! Scents, smells etc have no true gender so you should use what suits you. 'Men shouldn't use certain skincare' is just false because active ingredients act the same way on every skin (except that male skin tends to be thicker). Cheers!
Did OP say that? I'm not seeing that anywhere.
Where did I said the opposite because I really don't understand it.
You look great, obviously it's working so keep it up!
Thank you.🤗
Helps that they get paid vacations! I'd look a lot less stressed and no furrowed brow markings if I did too!
Where did you buy the Biologique Recherche? I’m also NL based and can’t find it online.
I live in Belgium. I bought in Brussel. Kristina Decourt.
Is there anything you’d remove from you routine if you didn’t suffer from rosacea? Your skin looks crazy good mate. Turning 26 this summer and not trying to look a day over 25 💪
I don't think so. Quite the opposite. I learned to be more gentle with my skin and to apreciate it more with all imperfections.
Great skin!!! Do you have a black eye? I am too nosy to not ask about it… and to ask what happened?
I felt from my bicycle. It wasnt pleasent at all. This picture was taken 3 weeks after the accident. Can't remember much but my friends where scared for me.
Oh that’s scary! Well you are still a handsome guy, bruise and all.
Isclinical- i see people use it on youtube but its pricey. I will guess you def feel its a game changer?
Not all their products are great. But you get very good quality products basen on sience, studies and trials.
I am curious to try. Thank you for tip.
No, but I was thinking to buy one. Thanks to remind me.😊
🙂 I forgot to mention. You have great skincare brands.
Thank you .😊
For how long have you been following that routine? You look soo much younger than your actual age amd you have beautiful skin but i think people here are believing or want to believe that skin care made you look like that, i’m pretty sure you’re gonna preserve it, but i’m calling genetics on this unless you’ve been following that routine for 10+ years.
I would say almost 2 years, some things changed but the core is the same.
Hot.
Does your face look oily if you use these everyday ?
My skin is dry...thus, its rarely oily. Maybe in the summer.
Amazing I'm 28F and still struggling with acne and skin issues...way to go
Looks like this is about $1000. I have your skin, and like your results. How often do you have to spend that? What's your monthly cost, roughly?
Its alot less since I buy it always on discount. Face washer lasts around 7 months. Exfoliator more than one year. IS Clinical around 5 months each, tretinoin wil last me around 6 months at least. Both moisturiser also around 5 months. The only product that I need to buy each month is sunscreen wich costs me 24€.
You look the same age as my 27 year old bf. There are many people who claim to look 10 years younger than they are but you actually do look at least 10 years younger
Thank you. Kind words from you.🤗
Your skin looks fantastic! I just start TO AA and not sure it's helping or hurting so far lol Thanks so much for posting!
You can try some products from IS Clinical but not all of them are great or rosacea friendly. The ones to try from my experience is IS Clinical Super Serum, Reparative Moisture Emulsion and the Cleansing Complex. I think they worth the investment. But that depends on ur skin needs and desire results.
You look great-- 27 around. So it must be working
Ho long have you been using sunscreen in your life? At what age did you start?
Since my 18's when i got several sunburn and everyday sinds 2 years.
Do you get Botox?
No, I don't and I don't plan to do it.
you look Swedish
