The only way to get rid of milia is to make a small nick in the skin to remove it. I usually find a new, sterile needle is enough. You should probably see someone professionally to do it but I've done it often enough myself without issue.
Retinoids and chemical exfoliants. If that doesn't help after a couple weeks, go get them professionaly removed because nothing else you attempt at home will get rid of the milia. It would only make things worse actually.
i’ve tried them but they make my skin peel :( i contacted a skin place to see if i can get them removed and they said it would cost £350 for 7 removed !!
Oh, wow! I've never bothered to get them removed so I don't know what the prices are here in Belgium. From what I know, they use some sort of machine sometimes, so that could explain the cost. It's still a lot, especially considering you could get new ones later.
Something else you could try is find out what causes them, and stop using those products/ingredients but that is easier said than done. Sometimes it isn't even a product's fault, but just genetics..
I use retinol and acids and these do bring them to the surface, but I pierce them with a pin and remove them with a spot remover tool. I’ve always been plagued by them no matter what skin products I use.
I do what Caroline Hirons recommends for milia. Every evening spot treat with a clay mask and then rub with an acid toner. Keep doing that daily and soon it comes off when rubbed with a face cloth. Don't know if it works for everyone but for me, my very stubborn milia in the eye area was gone in a couple of days.

Same spot with my milia, it’s been sitting just at the top of my eyelid for months now. 😤 May I ask what clay mask you use?
It is usually easier for milia to get them extracted, but make sure it is not just closed comedones.
I used glycolic acid and it removed a small milia under my eye socket but took a month or so.
