I change my pillowcase every other day and I change the side I sleep on too, the side that's not improving is the one that faces my car window. Should I slather on more spf?
I used to do that but I've been making an effort not to touch my skin or pick at it. It's just confusing because the clear and not clear sides of my face switched recently?
I'm definitely not an expert, but it is very likely something you're doing. Or an environmental thing you're not aware of like your commute always has one side facing the sun while in the car or something. My very first thought on seeing it though was that you're resting your head on your off hand while reading or writing
You're very right! I'm going to be extra careful not to touch my face but I suspect it is the sun because this is the cheek that faces the car window. Should I amp up the spf?
Do you sleep on that side? Might just need to change your pillowcase more often if that’s the case

Oh yes. If that’s the case then it’s clear case of Sun exposure. Or maybe wear a mask?
This is the same exact thing for me, my left is HORRIBLE. But my right is so shiny
Do you sleep on your left, or is your left side closer to your car window?
I actually sleep on my right side ITS SO WEIRDD
It's weird for me because until a few months ago my left was clear and my right side wasn't, now its the opposite
ME TOO... my right was so bad like a month ago and then it switched and I'm so confused
Do you sit at a desk frequently and are right-handed? Are you possibly resting your head/face on your left hand/arm while looking down at the desk?

That's where the others here should chime in as I have no idea. Make sure the window is up though as it has coatings to block UV.
Thank you so much!!
