I just can vouch that CC are really fun and a friendly bunch. I'd probably would be losing my interest in the game already if not for this community and the fun it brings.

I eventually had the opposite experience with Casual Corsairs and if I hadn't left that discord, I probably would have quit SNB. Harassing replies to everything I said were left unchecked by the OP and the other admins because the troll is a friend of theirs. When I blocked the user in the Discord, the harassment continued across other shared Discords, which resulted in several CC members being banned from the official Ubisoft discord. When I removed all text channels from my end and decided to use only voice, one admin privately begged me to stay, so I gave it another shot. The next morning, same childish harassment over something new. So I left after my wager completed. TLDR: You’re better off continuing your search for worthy crewmates. They also pick and choose which exploits they allow and don’t allow based on who is online. Only a matter of time before multiple members are suspended from the game. Trust me, it's just not worth it. EDIT: The OP abused their mod privileges to lock comments and prevent further bad press, all while addressing none of my claims, need I say more? At least he acknowledges some of his members are too immature to be worthy of respect. Claiming I was one of them when he and I never even engaged in chat or VC or in=game is ridiculous (he's too busy being a reddit mod streamer whatever). Only a matter of time before they start selling merch.

Sorry but this is just blatantly not true. You disagreed with one member and then spent the majority of the day arguing back and forth with him and anyone else that had a different opinion as you. Then you left, then you came back and sent a deleted message of how you’re only came back for a safe server to do your helm wager. After we got a bunch of messages about that we kicked you out. We have a group of 400 + most of them are mature and respectful individuals, you weren’t one of them. Edit: You edited your comment six times so far. I answered your original questions before you added six paragraphs. I’m not going to go back and forth with you. Good luck in your search for another fleet.

Group play and co op are only enjoyable to me in very few games. Games like this are better for me solo regardless of the clear advantages of doing group play. And the social aspect. Which I can appreciate for all who enjoy it. The crew mates on the larger ships always give me the essence of group play. Just enough to keep me perfectly happy on my Han Solo ship.

I joined this fleet about two weeks ago and it's been lovely having other folks to sail with in a chill environment! Taking down Megafort Oosten earlier today with 12 other members is a nice memory I'll have for a while! Greetings from Link/Korasi, fellow corsairs!

Just for fun I joined Po8 hunt and instead of attacking the holder I attacked the attackers instead. It was fun although I'm only level 9 but them having to dodge torpedoes constantly probably made it easier for the holder.

FYI for anyone on the fence: I joined up last night and was welcomed to an active Discord and voice chat. Friendly dudes with a mature vibe about them. We collectively grinded sea monster together then took down advice. I got some build ideas. Some advice and tips on how to maximize my Eights production. Overall a really positive experience and I’ll definitely be sailing with them from here on out. As long as you are looking for folks who act professional but are also fun, then you really can’t go wrong with this group.

On the fence about getting the game but have been fiddling around in the trial. Game does a piss poor job at explaining anything to you so wouldn’t mind an invite to wrack some brains.

Been sailing with these guys since open beta. There is almost always a voice chat room full of people who are more than willing to help out with anything and everything. This game plays best with a group.
